Fiyel Levent Paper Goods is a stationery design studio making lovely paper products in Queens, NYC. We began as an extension of Fiyel Levent Atelier, an interiors and product design studio headed by designer Fiyel Levent. This is, in fact where our love affair with paper began. We often experiment with and incorporate paper into our product design, so the move to develop a stationery line was a natural one. We are currently producing truly unique and elegant greeting cards, note cards, card sets and art prints. The vividly textured and intricate motifs expressed are derived from and inspired by Fiyel’s travels and her decidedly modern take on Moorish and Islamic architecture, origami paper, kimono patterns, washi and chiyogami prints as well as drawings and paintings by artists such as Ruth Asawa and Agnes Martin. We are committed to Made in USA and work with local vendors to produce our goods. This allows us to carefully monitor the quality and production of all our products. We strive to use environmentally friendly papers and printing whenever possible, and assemble all goods in our own studio.
As we launch our brand this year, one of our main objectives is to build strong, lasting relationships with all of our clients. T E R M S & CO N D I T I O N S
We are committed to printing and manufacturing all of our paper products in the United States; we use local vendors whenever possible and all of our products are assembled and packaged in-house, in our studio in Ridgewood Queens, New York. Our individual counter cards come packaged in clear sleeves. Our boxed sets come packaged in clear recyclable plastic tied with hand dyed linen thread. We ask that all of our products be sold and displayed in their original packaging.
Ordering & Payment: We require $125 minimum for opening orders and $100 minimum for reorders. Style minimums are 6 for single cards, and 4 for boxed notes. Please place orders by phone at 718 640 5779 or email info@fiyellevent.com, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm. All initial orders must be paid up front. Payment can be made by check or credit card (visa, mastercard or discover). All payments and shipping costs are processed at the time of shipment and is included in your final invoice.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges: We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any changes to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total original order. Incorrectly shipped or damaged merchandise MUST be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receiving it. All merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting and in sellable condition, in its original packaging, unused and unopen. Shipping, Lead Times and Back Orders: For domestic orders, we use UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. For International orders (including Canada) we use USPS Service Priority or UPS. Our typical turnaround time is 3-10 business days. Please email or call us to discuss time sensitive or rush orders. Fiyel Levent Paper Goods is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping vendors. All of our orders are packaged and shipped from our studio in Ridgewood Queens, New York. In the event that certain products are out of stock, you will be notified immediately. In the meantime, we will proceed with shipping all your other ordered items that are in stock. Once we have the rest of your order in stock, we ship it out immediately unless otherwise instructed.
