SACRED CHAM EXPERIENCE

The journey starts at dusk with a gentle walk to our hidden spot set in the middle of nature. The Cham is well-known for their cuisine, a Cham feast is a requisite in this special journey. While enjoying dinner, allow your senses to embrace the beauty of nature, listen to the sounds of wildlife, feel the ocean breeze and gaze at the graceful ‘starry night’ sky. There are very few masters in a Cham society, due to high requirements of deep knowledge, practices and skills. Fortunately, a one-of-akind rendez-vous with a master is made for you in the mystic jungle of Amanoi. Join him for a blessing ceremony in the Cham style - a truly unique and interesting way to feel something you have never experienced before.

TREKKING THE COASTLINE

Hugged by hills, Amanoi is a gateway to the 29,000-hectare Nui Chua National Park which sits within the Nui Chua Unesco Biosphere Reserve - a rugged wonderland of diverse landscapes where hikers are rewarded with sweeping panoramas and myriad wildlife at every turn. From the resort, the network of trails can lead guests on family-friendly rambles to picnics on secret beaches, or more challenging treks to the rock formations of Bai Da or the bayview drama of Goga Peak.

REEF ENCOUNTERS

Fringing the bay, a kingdom of coral awaits between the waves. Explore the pristine reefs on a guided snorkelling expedition, and discover more than 350 varieties of staghorn, plate and brain corals found in the Vinh Hy Bay conservation area, as well as colourful shoals of tropical fish including triggerfish, angel fish, trumpet, damsel and bat fish that make their home here. Glide over the surface of Vinh Hy Bay in one of Amanoi’s “glass” bottom kayaks. Made from durable, lightweight, shatter-resistant polycarbonate, the kayaks are completely transparent, allowing you to see whatever sea creatures happen to be swimming beneath you.

4GOLF EXPERIENCE

Located 20-minutes’ drive from Amanoi, Nara Binh Tien Golf Course rests between the majestic Nui Chua mountains and the sweeping sand dunes of Binh Tien beach. Perfect for golfers of all abilities, each of the 18 holes are designed with five different tees and offer a breathtaking backdrop for a memorable round. Whether a beginner or professional, the course makes the ideal half or fullday trip from Amanoi, with return transfers also available.

5SUMMIT THE KING ON A FULL-DAY TREK

Explore Nui Chua National Park and the surrounding Unesco Biosphere Reserve with a 27km trek – the longest offered by Amanoi. A full-day affair that reveals some of the region’s most spectacular land formations, it begins in Da Hang Village, ascends King Peak and ends in Cau Gay Village, home to the Raglai.

Swim in rockpools, pause over spectacular coastal vistas and learn the story of the region’s highest peaks – symbols of enduring brotherly love. A delicious picnic lunch is included, and transport to and from the start and finish.

Getting to AMANOI

The nearest airport to Amanoi is Cam Ranh (Nha Trang) Airport - CXR, a 75-minute drive away. Direct flights to Cam Ranh Airport (CXR) are available from several key Asian cities, including Seoul, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. International travellers from further afield in the Americas and Europe can connect to any of those cities from their home hubs. Alternatively, flight connections to Cam Ranh are also available from Ho Chi Minh City (65 minutes), Hanoi (105 minutes) or Danang (65 minutes). Those flying direct to Ho Chi Minh City can also travel by car to Amanoi, with a journey time of approximately five hours.

Passport holders from 25 countries can travel to Vietnam visa free. Travellers from other countries can obtain a single-entry Vietnam E-visa, valid for up to 30 days, in advance. All international guests are invited to contact Amanoi’s reservations team should they have any questions or queries. The team can also assist with visa applications. Dining at AMANOI

From its hilltop perch, the Restaurant offers all-day dining celebrating the fragrant flavours of Vietnamese cuisine. With a menu that makes the most of seasonal market produce and the daily catch from local fishing boats, the columned, air-conditioned interior spills onto a terrace with sweeping views of the dramatic coastline. Down beside the golden-sand shore, a short stroll from the sea, the Beach Club is backed by huge granite boulders with a shaded dining area and deck overlooking the pool. Open for lunch, as well as poolside drinks and snacks throughout the day, a specialty is freshly grilled fish. Looking out over Nui Chua National Park from beneath the eaves of the Central Pavilion, the Bar is a relaxing atmospheric space drawing design inspiration from traditional Vietnamese teahouses. With local art and photography on the walls and distant mountain views, it is a comfortable, contemplative space in which to sink into a leather armchair and sip a house cocktail.

HYDROTHERAPY SUITES

Amanoi Spa offers two private hydrotherapy suites, each featuring a heated stone treatment table, steam room, Jacuzzi and cold plunge pool. These may be booked with or without a treatment. To bolster the immune system, we highly recommend a body exfoliation followed by time in the steam room, the Jacuzzi and the cold plunge pool.

WELLNESS VILLAS

Amanoi’s pair of one-bedroom Wellness Villas are ideal for guests wishing to bring the resort’s wellbeing experience to the convenience of their own accommodation. Each benefit from dedicated therapists and integrated spa facilities, including treatment rooms, steam rooms, plunge pools, Jacuzzis and private pools, as well as a banya or hammam.

MOVEMENT & BODY WORK

The serene movement facilities at Amanoi have been designed with both physical and mental wellbeing in mind. The light-filled Pilated Studio is equipped with Allegro Reformers and other Pilates specific equipment, while stepped terraces lead to the the lake and outdoor Yoga Pavilion. Offering the latest in cardiovascular and weight training machinery, the spacious Gymnasium features floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake.

AMAN ADVANCED FACIAL

Made in Japan, Aman’s new functional skincare line, Essential Skin, is infused with powerful rice bran and indigo extracts, to achieve noticeably lifted, more radiant skin. Combining products from the Essentials Skin line with exfoliation and manual lifting techniques, the Aman Advanced Facial stimulates face muscles to improve the skin’s overall texture.

Wellness & Fitness at AMANOI

On the shores of a lake dotted with lotus blossoms, the Aman Spa is a place to balance mind and body, where specialist therapists design personalised wellness programmes and deliver a wide range of Vietnamese and international treatments in a peerlessly serene and scenic setting. TAOIST AND TIBETAN HEALING

This full-board wellness retreat will be personalised to individual needs after an initial private consultation with Dr. Buathon Thienarrom, Ph.D. A highly experienced holistic wellness specialist, Dr. Thienarrom practices healing through the integration of body, mind and spirit. Drawing on her extensive background in nursing, psychology and health sociology, her unique techniques integrate elements of Taoism, Tibetan Medicine and other alternative medicine therapies such as Reiki and Sound Healing.
