Flame Zine presents "Yoga" by the argentinian artist Martina Haro (Pavaditxs). Part of Cuerpx/Body edition.
She's an illustratxr and comic artist from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She works mostly in traditional media such as graphite, colored pencils and watercolor and only recently started incorporating more digital tools.She likes to focus primarily on themes like philosophy and spirituality; more exactly: the mysterious or mystical inside the ordinary.She also works around the themes of intersectional feminism, sexual trauma and gender identity, although this process is more subconcious since it's ingrained in her life and identity as a whole. She tries to draw inspiration from everyday life and pay special attention to little details along her daily errands. Sometimes she's inspired by pieces of art (like movies or music) and by what her friends and colleagues are doing, too. Comics in particular are her favorite way of expressing emotions and thoughts.
