Itinerary:

Day 1 CUSCO

Meet and greet at the airport by our representative. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon guided city tour visiting the Koricancha Temple (Inca remain) and the Cathedral. Then we’ll go to the ruins of Kenko, Pucapucara, Tambomachay and Sacsayhuaman. At night dinner show in Cusco (Buffet, folk music and dances)

Day 2 CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY

Full day guided excursion to The Sacred Valley and Pisac Market, where highland Indians come to work ship and sell their wares at the market. Later enjoy lunch and scale the ruins of Ollantaytambo. Overnight in the Valley.

Day 3 SACRED VALLEY - MACHU PICCHU

Early pick up from our hotel to take the train to Machu Picchu (guided tour). Arrival to the town of Aguas Calientes, from there a minibus will take you up to the Ruins, to walk its narrow streets,

climb its rock strewn stairways and learn the secrets of this ancient civilization (lunch). In the afternoon train ride back to Cusco. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 4 CUSCO / LIMA

Around mid morning you guys will be picked up from the hotel to go to the airport and take the flight back to Lima.

ITINERARY

Day 1 Lima/Iquitos

Early transfer to the airport (03:00 am) to take the flight to Iquitos. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. 09:00 a visit to the Manati rescue center. Overnight at Victoria Regia Hotel.

Day 2 Iquitos / Ceiba Tops

08:00 08:30 am meet your guides from the lodge at the lobby of the hotel, then transfer to the dock. Twenty-five-mile journey down the Amazon River to Ceiba Tops where private rooms with air conditioning and hot water provide all of the comforts of home. Afternoon hike in the beautiful primary rainforest reserve surrounding Ceiba Tops which includes many huge trees festooned with epiphytes. After dinner there may be local flute or guitar music at El Toucan Bar or the guides are always ready to relate some of the many legends of the Amazon Forest

Day 3 Ceiba Tops / Canopy Walkway / Ceiba Tops

Early morning departure from Ceiba Tops by boat to the narrow motorcar crossing connecting the Amazon and Napo Rivers to continue by boat to ExplorNapo Lodge for breakfast. Hike to the spectacular Canopy Walkway spanning over 500 meters (one-third of a mile), connected by tree platforms, and reaching a height of over 35 meters (115 feet) but accessible without any type of climbing skill or equipment. After lunch, return to Ceiba Tops in time to enjoy the pool or hammocks before dinner.

Day 4 Ceiba Tops / Iquitos / Lima

Your choice of a morning walking or boating excursion to further enjoy the rainforest and Amazon River or time to relax by the pool until departure time. Afternoon transfer to Iquitos and to the airport. Arrival to Lima and transfer to the hotel.

GALAPAGOS ISLANDS CRUISE 5 Nights

West Itinerary:

Day 1 Arrival to Quito Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to the hotel.

DAY 2 - THURSDAY

am – Baltra Airport

Departure from Quito or Guayaquil to Baltra Island (2 ½ hour flight). Arriving in the Galapagos, passengers are picked up at the airport by our natural guides and taken to a ten minute bus drive to the pier to board the M/V Galapagos Legend.

pm – Mosquera Islet

This tiny, low lying islet, covered in coral sand, is set between North and South Seymour Islands. It is home to a group of sea lions that come to laze on the soft white sand. It is a good spot to observe shorebirds as well as herons, lava gulls and boobies. Snorkeling or diving here one can often see sharks, rays and barracudas.

DAY 3 - FRIDAY

am – Egas Port (Santiago Island)

The black volcanic sand sets this landing apart from most. It is best known for the dramatic shoreline where we meet a host of species that chose to live between land and sea. Particular among these are the endemic Galapagos fur seals which maintain a small colony at the end of our walk. Other species of note include American oystercatchers, sea lions, waders, herons, lava lizards and even Galapagos hawks. An optional visit takes us to an abandoned salt mine famous in its day for supplying salt to mainland Ecuador.

Type of terrain: flat & semi rocky

Duration: 1 ½ hour walk / 1 hour snorkeling

pm – Rabida Island

Lying at the heart of the archipelago this dramatic island, with its distinctive red sand beach, is home to sea lions, mockingbirds, finches, endemic Galapagos doves and vermillion flycatchers. A walk takes us through a forest of palo santo and cacti to a beautiful overview of the bay. Snorkeling here can be excellent, often with large schools of black striped salemas, sea lions and the ubiquitous turtles.

Difficulty level: easy

Type of terrain: sandy

Duration: 1 ½ hour walk / 1 hour snorkeling / 1 hour dinghy ride

DAY 4 - SATURDAY

am – Urbina Bay (Isabela Island)

At the far end of a long, level hike we arrive at a strange phenomenon where large blocks of coral lie completely exposed after a dramatic geological uplift in 1954. Located at the western base of Alcedo Volcano we hope to run into a few very impressive land iguanas as well as some of the volcanoís endemic Galapagos giant tortoises during the wet season.

Type of terrain: flat & rocky

Duration: 1 ½ hour walk / 1 hour snorkeling

pm – Tagus Cove (Isabela Island)

A well-known hideout and deep water anchorage in the days of pirates, Tagus Cove was also one of the few sites visited by Charles Darwin and the HMS Beagle in 1835. A beautiful hike leads us past an overview of Darwin Lake and on to a stunning volcanic landscape revealing Isabela islandís dramatic northern volcanoes. Once back at sea level the perfect activity is to snorkel along a submerged wall with turtles, lots of fish, penguins and potentially flightless cormorants. You might even be tempted by a panga ride or kayak!

Difficulty level: intermediate/difficult

Duration: 2-hour walk / 40-minutes dinghy ride / 1-hour deep water snorkeling

DAY 5 - SUNDAY

am – Punta Espinosa (Fernandina Island)

The youngest island of Galapagos and one of the most pristine in the world. Fernandina is simply the ëmarine iguana capital of the worldí. This desolate volcanic backdrop is home to a huge concentration of these enigmatic reptiles. Incongruously, sharing the same shoreline, we can find the diminutive Galapagos penguins. Here we also have the

exciting opportunity to snorkel with marine iguanas feeding underwater, penguins, turtles and the bizarre, endemic, flightless cormorants.

Duration: 1 ½-hour walk / 1-hour snorkeling

pm – Punta Vicente Roca (Isabela Island)

This is a spectacular visitor site, surrounded by immense cliffs of the eroded volcano. Studded with resting sea birds such as brown noddies and Nazca boobies, we will enjoy them in close proximity from our dinghies. Snorkeling here is superb, with certain species of fish only found in the west of the archipelago. We also have a very real chance of swimming with penguins and potentially a plethora of green turtles.

DAY 6 - MONDAY

am Highlands Tortoise Reserve (Santa Cruz Island)

Dry landing. In the mountains of Galapagos is possible to admire different kind of birds, such as: tree and ground finches, vermillion flycatchers, paint-billed crakes, yellow warblers, and cattle egrets (usually standing on the tortoises’ shell). The journey to the reserve offers great opportunities to see the contrasts that the island offers in reference to the variety of ecosystems. The road goes from the coast through the agricultural zone and straight up to the dense humid forests. Often, Galapagos Giant Tortoises are also seen on the way, wandering through pastures in the paddocks.

Rio de Janeiro 5 Nights

Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival to Rio

Arrival to Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Our representative will be waiting for you at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon.

Day 02 Rio Corcovado Mountain, Christ the Redeemer Tijuca Forest

After breakfast, enjoy a full day city tour of Rio. Ascend on Corcovado Mountain by car to visit one of the world’s most famous landmarks, the gigantic statue of Christ, the Redeemer. Then proceed to, Tijuca Forest, Rio is also one the most beautiful city in the world. As a tropical resort, Rio offers miles of golden beaches, including, Ipanema and Copacabana, two of the most famous stretches of sand in the world.

Day 3 Rio Sugar Loaf + City Tour

A.M. Departure to Sugar Loaf driving to Aterro do Flamengo towards Urca district, where this famous landmark is located. It was, at the feet of Urca Hill, that the city of Rio de Janeiro was founded in 1565 by Estácio de Sá. The normal visit to Sugar Loaf is done in two steps, by cable car. The first ride of the cable car links Praia Vermelha to Urca Hill, located at 215 meters of altitude, a point from which can be seen all the Guanabara Bay and its islands, the Flamengo

land filling, the Corcovado and the Rio Niterói bridge, besides the majestic mountains that protect and embellish the city. The second ride, that we will made on cable car, takes to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain, at 395 meters of altitude, from where can be seen, in a unique perspective, the beach of Copacabana.

Day 04 Rio de Janeiro Day at your leisure to enjoy the beaches. At night you will enjoy a Samba show and dinner (transfers included).

Day 5 Rio Angra Dos Reis

The Angra Dos Reis Bay is formed by 365 islands and 2000 beaches full of natural beauty. It used to be one of the most important harbors in the Rio de Janeiro coast. It was the place where big ships full of slaves coming from Africa used to dock. Nowadays, is a point of reference for the nautical domestic and international tourism. Late in the afternoon transfer back to Rio.

Day 6 Departure from Rio At proper time transfer to the airport to take your international flight.

EASTERN ISLAND

Day 1 - Easter Island Airport - Hotel

Arrive at Mataveri Airport, welcome and transfer to your hotel (check in at 15:00). Free afternoon to visit the town of Hanga Roa.

Day 2 - Full day Easter Island Breakfast. At 8:30 approx pick up for a full day excursion to Easter Island or Rapa Nui, as the local people prefer. The first stop will be on the south coast, where you will visit the ruins of the temple of Vaihu, a platform next to the attractive fishing bay of Hanga Te’é that holds 8 moai, each with its red headdress; the moai no w lie face down, just as they stood when they were knocked down. Next, you will meet Ahu Akahanga, an archaeological site with remains of platforms where, according to oral traditions, the first king of the island Hotu Matua was buried. After that, we will go to the Rano Raraku Volcano, also known as the quarry, or the “factory of the moai”, here you can see almost 400 statues in different stages of carving, with different characteristics and states of conservation. From here, we will visit Ahu Tongariki, the most extensive platform and with the largest amount of restored moai on the whole island, one of the unmissable postcards of your trip to the navel of the world. raised on the island in modern times and the Ahu Nau Nau an imposing platform with seven moais, is one of the island’s best preserved platforms. Once finished the tour we will return to the Hotel.

Day 3 Orongo - Akivi Breakfast. At 9:00 approx, pick for an excursion to Orongo. We will drive up the extinct Rano Kau, the largest volcano, from where you will appreciate one of the most majestic views of the whole island. Afterwards, we will go to the ceremonial village of O rongo,

where the birdman competition took place and you can see the spectacular petroglyphs related to this culture and enjoy the breathtaking view of the 3 islets Motu Nui, Motu Iti and Motu Kao Kao opposite the coast. We continue our journey towards the sector of Vinapu where you can appreciate the development of carving techniques for the construction of platforms on Easter Island. In the last stop, we will visit the cave of Ana Kai Tangata, where you will appreciate the wall of the cave bottom, which re veals the remains of several paintings of native birds. The figures are painted with natural pigments of earth and animal fat, which in theory made them much more durable. Return to hotel.

At 15:00 approx, pick up for an excursion to Akivi. After hotel pic kup travels south with your guide into the park to visit the Tahai with its three ahu or ceremonial platforms located on the small rocky cliff that rises above the sea. The altars form a visual line that stars in this magnificent setting. If you look strai ght at the platforms, the first group on the left with five restored moai are a sample of the different styles is the Ahu Vai Uri, the next one is the Ahu Tahai, a single solitary moai about 4.5 meters high (14.7 feet) raised on the oldest platform of the complex built around 700 AD. And the last one, the Ahu Ko Te Riku, is a single statue wearing a pukao or headdress, this is the only moai that has eyes of the whole island. After that we will continue to Ahu Akivi the most important and elaborate platform, it has seven moai that it is said, are the only statues that look at the sea of the whole island, since the rest turns their back on the ocean. The last stop before return to the Hotel is Puna Pau volcano where the red pukao, or headdress, were extracted and carved.

Day 4 - Hotel - Easter Island Airport Breakfast and check out. Transfer to Mataveri Airport.

Day 1 Punta Arenas Airport - Punta Arenas

Arrive at Punta Arenas Airport, welcome and transfer to your hotel. At 15:00 city tour of Punta Arenas. Discover the special charm of this extreme city, which was shaped by the Strait of Magellan with the contribution of various cultures leaving a valuable historical and cultural legacy with traditions that endure to this day. Its population descends mainly of Croatian, Spanish, Italian, German, and English immigrants and families from Chiloé Island (south of Chile). Our tour begins with a visit to Cerro Mi rador, where we can get a panoramic view of the city and the Strait of Magellan.

Day 2 Magdalena Island - Puerto Natales

Breakfast. At 6:00 AM approx pick up for a half day excursion to Magdalena Island. Early in the morning, we start with this unparalleled adventure, after checking in at our office, we head to Laredo Bay to board speedboats, we navigate 45 minutes to Magdalena Island, where we stay for 1 hour with our guide to know the natural habitat of the Magellanic Penguins in the largest colony of South America. We continue our journey to Isla Marta to see sea lions, imperial cormorants and hundreds of southern gulls. Then we return to the pier and to Punta Arenas. Depending on the luck we will be able to see Austral Dolphins and Toninas Ove ra.

Transfer to Punta Arenas bus station and bus to Puerto Natales. Transfer from Puerto Natales bus station to the hotel.

Day 3 - Torres del Paine Breakfast. At 7:30 approx, pick up for an excursion to Torres del Paine National Park. Departure from your hotel to Milodón’s Cave located 24 kilometres north of Puerto Natales. Before reaching the cave, the access road passes through the “Silla del Diablo ”, a name that comes from the popular imagination given to a rocky structure with the appearance of an armchair which is said to have been the “seat of the devil”. We continue along the access road to the Torres del Paine National Park, where we can observ e lagoons and mountain ranges along the way. Next, it is possible to admire the beautiful landscape that surrounds us from the Grey Lagoon viewpoint with a view towards the Grey Glacier, the Macizo del Paine and the Lago del Toro, a couple of kilometres la ter it is possible to observe the Cuernos del Paine, just before arriving at the bifurcation that takes us towards the Lago Grey area. once in this sector we can take a pleasant walk along the shore of Grey Lake.

We will visit the viewpoint of Lake Nordenskjold and continue enjoying diverse views in our wavy route that brings us little by little to the sector of Laguna Amarga. After admiring this pleasant spectacle, we will return to Puerto Natales passing by the Lago Sarmiento viewpoint.

Day 4 - Balmaceda & Serrano Glaciers Breakfast. At 7:30 approx, pick for an excursion to glaciers Balmaceda & Serrano.

The boat begins its navigation on the Señoret Canal, heading northwest towards Mount Balmaceda while enjoying breakfast on board. Our first point of interest will be the Frories Bories National Historical Monument, founded in 1913 by the Exploitation Society Tierra del Fuego. It was the most important slaughter centre in the area for more than 60 years. It stands out for its post Victorian English industria l architecture and masonry construction. The trip continues to Mount Balmaceda (2035 meters of altitude) where we can appreciate the glacier of the same name and then we will disembark in Puerto Toro to begin the one hour trek around the shore of the Témpa nos lagoon, accompanied by our bilingual guide. Through a native forest of coihues, ñirres and ciruelillos, towards the Serrano glacier, we will enjoy the fascinating vegetation, the contrast between a clear sky and ice of the imposing Serrano glacier. Aft er having witnessed a unique, wild and virgin landscape we finished our navigation when we arrived in Puerto Natales.

Day 5 Puerto Natales - Punta Arenas Airport Breakfast and check out. Transfer to Puerto Natale’s bus station and bus to Punta Arenas Airport.

Day 1 Arrival to Buenos Aires

Upon arrival, we will drive you to the city and you’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy Buenos Aires at your own pace. Buenos Aires is a marvelous, energetic, cosmopolitan city, full of color and different styles of architecture.

The capital of Argentina, and described as the Paris of South America, Buenos Aires proudly embraces its title, and also shows off plenty of its own culture!

Day 2 City Tour & Tango Show Buenos Aires

Half day city tour through Buenos Aires

In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel to enjoy our 5 hour Buenos Aires city tour you will be swept away by the highlights of our beloved Buenos Aires! Over the course of a half day you will have the chance to visit the historical and political center of the city; Plaza de Mayo and the Pink House (the presidential house).

Next, we’ll move on to San Telmo, with its cobblestone streets and the oldest residential neighborhood, and then to La Boca where Buenos Aires turns colorful and tango is ever present. Come walk Caminito street and dance with the locals. The next stop is the chic and aristocratic Recoleta, where the big palaces remind us why Buenos Aires is called the “Paris of the South”.

Dinner and tango show

In the evening we’ll pick you up from your hotel, in a private service, to take you to a mystical place where you’ll discover one of our most ancient traditions. Tango is more than our national dance… tango is our immigrant origins, the talent of our local artists, the sensuality of Argentine women and our way to deal with a broken heart, dancing our way through tragic, and yet eternal, love stories.

Tonight, you will enjoy a 3- hour professional display of tango and music with a group of local artists onstage immersed in an elegant and alluring place. The manners, ambience, clothes and dance steps which tango-lovers used to practice 100 years ago will come to life again and you will travel back in time for a night.

This spectacular tango show in Buenos Aires will be accompanied by delicious Argentine and international cuisine. Dinner is all-inclusive, beverages included so you can lose yourself in the ethereal taste of Malbec wine. At the end of the evening, around midnight, you will be driven back to your hotel, in a private service, fully in love with the bohemian spirit of our incredible city.

Day 3 From Buenos Aires to Iguazú Iguazú Falls

It’s time to leave the city and fly to ¡the jungle! At the appropriate time you will be transferred to the domestic airport to take your flight and travel to Iguazú Falls from Buenos Aires.

Upon arrival, meet and greet at the airport and drive you to your hotel in Puerto Iguazú where your vacations starts! The small border town of Puerto Iguazú is the gateway to visit the impressive Iguazú Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site, making it a must see destination for any traveler visiting Argentina.

Day 4 Iguazú falls, Argentinian Side Iguazú

Wander Iguazú Falls National Park and meet The Devil’s Throat

Today our driver and bilingual guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the National Park, on the Argentinian side. Enjoy a 7 hour tour wandering through the rainforest!

The falls are surrounded by a humid subtropical forest where the exuberant vegetation is home to many different animals and birds. Our guide will help you spot some of them: ant birds, toucans, manakins, parrots, coatis, just to name a few of the most common birds. Lower and upper walkways weave in and around falls permitting up close and personal experiences with this magnificent spectacle of nature.

You will have the chance to meet “The Devil’s throat”: the largest of the falls and for many the most spellbinding. To get to the “Devil’s throat” you take the ecological train and then walk out along boardwalks, we will drive you back to your hotel.

Day 5 Iguazú Falls, Brazilian Side Back to Buenos Aires

Visit the Brazilian side of Iguazú National Park

After breakfast, enjoy a 3 4 hour excursion to the Brazilian side of the Iguazú Falls. While Argentina has 80% of the falls on its side, Brazil has the best panoramic view. On the Argentinian side you will have the sensation of being right inside the falls, but only by visiting the Brazilian side you will fully appreciate the immensity of Iguazú falls. Take your time to enjoy it and feel it, to stroll the different walkways and feel the spray of water in your face. Take the boardwalk over the Salto Santa María, it feels like walking on the water. Get closer to the “Devil’s Throat” and feel the power of water! We are sure

this is a day you will never forget. At the end of the day we will drive you back to your hotel.

This is the end of your Iguazú Falls trip, time to return to Buenos Aires! In the evening we’ll drive you to the airport to board your flight back to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, you will have a transfer to your hotel.
