Logo Research Café’s & Diners

I quite like this illustrated style of logo, I think the overall aesthetic works well, using simple colour and a aged texture it portrays the image of an old fashioned American coffee house. The colours used are also symbolic, of the a American flag, I think this is the sort of coffee house a blue Jean wearing American would go to who probably listens to Bruce Springsteen.

This is type based logo, for Noodles, a noodle bar. I think this logo works perfectly well for what it is representing. The reason the logo is so effective comes down to the simplicity of the idea behind it, altering the length of the characters to make it look like a noodle, fits the theme perfectly and the individual charters remain legible and readable as a whole.

This logo mixes type, image, and a playful concept to create a fun brand image. Although at first glance the logo appears dark and sinister, it really shows a playful twist on the existing identity of the Hells angles bike gang.

This is a perfect example of “What you see is what you get the logo tells you everything you need to know about the brand.

What makes this logo so effective is the simple use of type and colour, the colour is symbolic of the Japanese flag and the type is clearly influenced by traditional Japanese calligraphy, what I also find effective is how the logo has been created around traditional techniques but has been portrayed in a contemporary manor.

I really like the illustrated style of this logo, the simple illustration makes the brand look friendly and approachable.
