Real Planet™ Toys 2024 Policies
Sellers:
Real Planet™ accepts orders from authorized customers that have provided a valid resale number, business license and/or other required documents. Real Planet™ does not allow sales on Online platforms including Amazon, E-Bay, Jet or any other new third-party Online Marketplace which emerges. Real Planet™ will allow Online sales on Customer’s individual Online websites with prior approval.
Orders/Minimum Orders:
All orders/re-orders must be received in writing via email, fax or mail to avoid incorrect items being ordered and shipped. A $200.00 minimum order is required for each order/re-order. Items out of stock will be placed on a backorder unless otherwise requested. Price, availability and product details subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any freight or taxes.
Terms/Payments:
Terms o ered are net 30. Term accounts must be approved in advance by the Credit Management team through our credit application process. To seek credit approval, a Real Planet™ credit application must be submitted for approval. Sales representatives or other employees of Real Planet™ do not have the authority to assign credit terms on behalf of the company. Terms will be confirmed in writing by our Credit Management team to approved customers. Unless otherwise specified, all term payments must be made on or before the due date specified on the invoice. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for all returned checks in addition to any/all bank fees. Any amounts not paid when due, shall be thereafter assessed a service charge at the rate of (24%) per annul or (2%) per month, or the highest rate allowed by law. Invoices not paid on or before the due date will forfeit all discounts and/or special o ers allotted by Real Planet™ and in addition, will be responsible to pay interest at the maximum rate allowed by law on all unpaid past due balances. It is agreed that should suit be initiated or any attorney be required to enforce the collection of any amounts due to Real Planet™, the debtor will be required to pay all attorney’s fees and court costs, in connection with such litigation and/or collection proceedings. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving e ect to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be under the direct jurisdiction of and in the venue of the Federal Courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Shipping:
Product is shipped via Fed-ex, UPS and/or LTL shipping, unless otherwise requested. Special shipping instructions and routing guides must be supplied at the time an order is placed. Full title for merchandise shipped, passes to the customer at the time merchandise leaves the Real Planet™ warehouse. Any damaged carton claims are the responsibility of the customer and must be directly handled with the shipment carrier. If any shipment is returned as undeliverable by the carrier, the customer will be solely responsible for any re-shipment costs. No cancellations to an order are possible once an order has shipped. Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Returns:
Real Planet™ stands behind the quality of every item it sells. We will accept returns for items that were delivered damaged due to manufacturers defects or that were not included in a customer’s original order. Unless otherwise specified, all claims for discrepancies or damages must be made within Ten (10) days after the item has shipped. Real Planet™ does not guarantee sales and will not accept returns that are not a result of either discrepancies or damage incurred in the manufacturing or shipping. Shopworn or priced items will not be available for return/credit. All returns must be authorized in advance. All return claims must be in writing and forwarded to the main o ce by either fax or e-mail. Good’s returned without authorization will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense and will not be credited to an account.
Upon receipt and verification of the return, Real Planet ™ will credit the value of the return to the customer’s account. Any deductions taken from an invoice at the time of payment for discrepancies and or repairs that were not previously reported to Real Planet™ will not be honored. The unauthorized amount deducted will remain open and past due. Return of non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations:
Order cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@rptoy.net. No cancellations will be accepted via telephone or fax. Cancellation requests received after an order has been shipped will be responsible for all shipping charges and will incur a 20% restocking fee. Cancelled orders must be refused upon delivery, otherwise orders in question will be assumed as received and an invoice for the order will be processed.
