A minimum order of $350 is required for first time orders. First time orders must be prepaid with either Visa or Mastercard. Upon credit approval, accounts will receive Net 30 day terms. Reorders require minimum purchase amounts of $200.

Back Orders

Our goal is to ship orders complete and within 24 hours. Despite our best efforts, backorders do happen. Our backorder policy in 2025 is to cancel all backorders under $200. Backorders over $200 will ship with your next re-order. Backorders can be added to re-orders to reach the Free Freight minimum. If you require product before a certain date please specify this information on your order along with applicable cancellation dates.

Defective and Shipment Claims

Despite our best efforts, a product may arrive in a defective or damaged state. Please let us know within 15 business days of receiving your shipment so that we can resolve the issue. Manufacturing defects will be resolved with a credit as soon as possible.

Colours & Material Construction

Please note that despite our best efforts to maintain consistency, there will be some slight variations in colour hues and fabric constructions due to our textile supplier’s manufacturing processes.

Free Freight

A good credit rating and a minimum order amount of $500 (Continental USA customers) and $900 (Canadian customers), for items that are currently in stock, is required to receive Free Freight.

Our production team in Point Edward, Ontario follows each part of the manufacturing process with detail and care. Our Canadian facility currently manufactures over 76 SKU`s for both girls and boys. Watch for the maple leaf icon, to see which products are made locally!
