• Exhibitors are responsible for ordering and paying for any services and/or equipment not listed here by working directly with the appropriate JW Marriott vendor. An exhibitor kit containing all vendor information and forms will be provided after payment is received.
• Exhibitor space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis; we will try our best to honor location requests, but Cyber Florida at USF makes the final determination on table locations.
• Lead retrieval is included via the Whova app for iOS and Android.
