Assistance Provider Rate Reduction Assistance Provider Rate Reduction was developed to help live in caretakers of disabled residents find better housing opportunities. The borrowers (caretakers) are eligible to receive an interest rate reduction of up to 2 percent with an interest rate of around 2.5 percent.
