Fleur + Dot is a growing line of heirloom-quality, handmade children’s apparel in vintage inspired silhouettes and classic details made modern with bright and bold fabrics. Our collections have traveled to 6 continents and can be found in boutiques worldwide. The AutumnWinter13 Collection is the fifth full collection from Fleur + Dot, which launched in March 2011 from our independent design studio outside of Portland, OR. The AutumnWinter13 collection releases August 22, 2013.

Fleur + Dot Wholesale Policies
Order Minimum: 6-‐piece minimum per item number, or order will be subject to a 20% design fee. No minimum order total required. Payment: Payment via credit card using PayPal is preferred. Checks accepted on a case-‐by-‐case basis, but may delay shipping. Non-‐refundable deposit of 50% of order total is due at time of order to hold your place in the queue. Remaining payment, as well as shipping and handling costs, due on or before ship date. Shipment Schedules: All pieces are handmade to order and therefore typically ship within 4-‐12 weeks, dependent on fabric availability and order volume. An exact ship date will be determined at time of order. Expedited shipment schedules can be accommodated on a case-‐by-‐case basis. Please be aware that there are, on rare occasions, shipment delays on items in select fabrics due to fabric manufacturing delays that are beyond our control. Shipping Costs: Domestic US shipping and handling costs are calculated at 10% of order total for orders of $400 or less and 8% of order total for orders over $400. All Domestic US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. International shipping and handling costs are calculated at 20% for orders of $400 or less and 15% for orders over $4oo. International orders ship via USPS Expedited Mail and include insurance and tracking information. There is a shipping minimum of $75 for all international orders. Returns: Returns are only accepted for items which are received by the retailer in a damaged condition or which incur damage while in the care of the retailer due to flaws inherent in the item.

Fleur + Dot Wholesale Policies cont.
Fabrics: Fleur + Dot plans for small runs of their collections so fabrics often sell out. If a fabric is no longer available, we chose a replacement fabric for the design. We will always let you know before your order is finalized and deposit is made if there are any issues with original fabric availability.
Custom Orders: We would love to work with you to choose custom fabrics for any of our designs! Minimums for custom orders range from 8-‐12 pieces, based on design, or a 20% design fee for the order will be assessed. Images: We will provide all our wholesale clients with at least one off model image per item ordered. We will also provide any available model shots for items ordered, which will include the Fleur + Dot logo unless otherwise requested. Please note: Image rights are provided for you to use on your own website or Facebook page ONLY unless specific permission is given otherwise. Fleur + Dot must always be credited when an image is used.
