What new technology trends are taking over homes right now? What should we look forward to in 2023?

Right now, we are seeing lots of human-centric lighting throughout homes. This is indoor lighting that mimics color temperature and brightness to match the time of day throughout the day. It follows natural daylight from morning into the evening.

What are the most requested high-tech features that home buyers ask for when shopping for a new home?
