Once you deposit, either by submitting the form you received in the mail or online, you confirm your intent to enroll at Concordia College. Once your deposit is submitted, a letter will be mailed providing you with your Concordia Student ID number and Concordia email address. • $300 non-refundable fee ($500 for International Students) SUBMIT ONLINE: • Applied to your first tuition bill CONCORDIA-NY.EDU/DEPOSIT • Deposit Deadline is May 1

Once we have received your deposit, your personal academic advisor will connect with you to explain Student Success services available, answer any questions – and help you prepare for the start of your college career.

HOUSING APPLICATION

After processing your tuition deposit, a link to an online Housing Application will be emailed to you. The application includes your living preferences and a short survey about your lifestyle to help match you with your roommate.

Housing availability is limited and rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don’t delay!

H E A LT H FORMS

Upon depositing, you will be mailed a Medical Health Form and immunization record as required by New York State.

BILLING & PAYMENT

Bills for the Fall Semester are mailed the first week of July and on a rolling basis thereafter. After Financial Aid has been applied, the remaining balance is due prior to the start of the semester. Monthly payment plans can be arranged. Please call 914.337.9300, x2115 for more information.

orientation ORIENTATION is a day for both YOU and

your parents or guardians, packed with information to GET YOU READY FOR your COLLEGE career. You’ll receive your Photo ID, complete or verify your class registration, and meet with classmates, faculty, and staff.

All FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS must attend one SUMMER ORIENTATION DAY either on June 9 or July 14. All TRANSFER STUDENTS must attend TRANSFER ORIENTATION DAY on August 10. All NEW STUDENTS are required to attend FALL ORIENTATION from August 24-26.
