The training activity is a priority for Tover and as soon as we have been allowed by the pandemic restrictions, we started the technical update days again at our factory in Turin, in our Italian branches and at our partners’ showrooms. Why ? Because a professional always needs to test the products, to get advice from technicians on their features and use, to compare his own experience with his peers. If you can create a climate of real trust during a workshop, that will lead that same professional to apply products and systems confidently, to avoid problems due to misuse and to give skilled advise to others like him.

The FN Neuhofer family-owned company is awarded “Austria’s Leading Company in Upper Austria” in category International. This renowned business award confirms the internationally successful commitment of this company based in Zell am Moos, growing dynamically and ready to relocate into its new buildings to complete the realisation of its structural vision. Franz Neuhofer, on 30 March 2022 in the festive settings of the Lentos Museum in Linz, received the trophy and certificate for pride of place in the “Austria’s Leading Companies” competition in category International in Upper Austria. Dignitaries present and warmly congratulating the family business on this special award included, among other, Governor Thomas Stelzer, Doris Hummer, President of the Chamber of Commerce, and Axel Greiner, President of the Federation of Austrian Industries. This business award is given by the three ALC partners “Die Presse”, KSV1870 and Pricewater-houseCoopers (PwC) and is regarded as the country’s most important. What distinguishes these Leading Companies is their sustained success – as objectively and transparently examined in the course of comprehensive checks, also allowing fair cross-industry comparisons. Twelve key performance indicators were here calculated, analysed and evaluated over a period of three years. “We are elated to receive the ‘Austria's Leading Company’ award and are proud that the daily commitment of our staff, in cooperation with our customers and partners and our ensuing joint success have been acknowledged in this special way. The award moreover underlines the correctness of the path we have chosen and the commensurate high investments we made in our invaluable location in Austria,” enthuses Franz Neuhofer.
