Healthy Habits to Adopt Now New Year’s resolutions may be behind us, but we need to take care of ourselves all year round. Try adding these healthy habits to your lifestyle – they’re so easy you’ll forget they are good for you!

Go Nuts! Keep a mason jar of healthy nuts, including walnuts, peanuts, macadamia nuts and almonds at your desk or in the kitchen, ready for easy snacking.

Go Fish! We’re not talking about the card game here; we’re talking about the heart-healthy omega–3 fatty acid-rich seafood. Vegan? Drizzle Flax or Udo’s Oil on your next meal.
