Healthy Habits to Adopt Now New Year’s resolutions may be behind us, but we need to take care of ourselves all year round. Try adding these healthy habits to your lifestyle – they’re so easy you’ll forget they are good for you!

Go Nuts! Keep a mason jar of healthy nuts, including walnuts, peanuts, macadamia nuts and almonds at your desk or in the kitchen, ready for easy snacking.

Walk It Off. Whether you’re at home, or at work, take an afternoon stroll during your lunch break to not only revitalise you, but also provide added daily exercise.

Go Fish! We’re not talking about the card game here; we’re talking about the heart-healthy omega–3 fatty acid-rich seafood. Vegan? Drizzle Flax or Udo’s Oil on your next meal.

heart Healthy Mock Sangria Ingredients • 3 cups grape juice • ¾ cup apple juice • ½ cup orange juice • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 4 tbsp Salus® Red Beet crystals • ¼ cup Salus® Hawthorn juice • 1 lemon, thinly sliced, with peel • ½ lime, thinly sliced, with peel • 1 medium orange, thinly sliced, with peel • 1 small apple, cored, sliced into 8 ths, with peel • 1 small black plum, thinly sliced, with peel • 3 cups sparkling mineral water • Fresh mint sprigs as garnish Instructions 1.
