States. T = percentage of people who vote for the candidate; I = percentage of people who do not vote; F = percentage of people that vote against the candidate. Yet, the political analysts are interested in a detailed report, so they study the voting per each American state (therefore they do a neutrosophic refinement): T1, I1, F1 = percentage of people from the state of Arizona who voted for, not voted, or against the candidate respectively; T2, I2, F2 = percentage of people from the state of Arkansas who voted for, not voted, or against the candidate respectively; and similarly for all American states.
