WALKING TOURS

LOCATION/STARTING POINT:

Look for the large white tent on the Library Lawn patio.

Find out what it’s like to be a student at FGCU on this guided tour.

HOUSING BUS TOURS *

LOCATION/STARTING POINT:

Bus loop near the tall colorful sculpture in Student Services Plaza (plan one hour for each loop)

Take a shuttle bus tour of campus to see Alico Arena, the University Recreation and Wellness Center, and Student Housing at South Village and North Lake Village.

} SOUTH VILLAGE: South Village features suite-style single bedrooms, a resort-style pool, SoVi Dining Hall, movie theaters, game rooms and a variety of other activity spaces.

To visit South Village and the University Recreation and Wellness Center, take the shuttle located to the RIGHT of the colorful sculpture in the Student Services Plaza.

} NORTH LAKE VILLAGE: Apartment-style living along Lake Como offers an outdoor recreation area that includes basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.

To visit North Lake Village and Alico Arena, take the shuttle located to the LEFT of the colorful sculpture in the Student Services Plaza.

*The last tour bus will depart at 12:30 p.m. with the official housing tours concluding at 1:30 p.m. However, buses will run until 2:00 p.m. for pickups.

LUNCH & DJ

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Join us on the Library Lawn for a festive time! Enjoy lunch from some of our local food trucks while chatting with other families and current faculty, staff, and students about everything great at FGCU! Lunch tickets will be distributed on the Library Lawn beginning at 11:00 a.m. until they are gone.
