FRESHMEN RESIDENCE
SOUTH VILLAGE (SoVi) South Village offers all the comforts of home and then some. There are five modern residence halls with 2,291 beds. All halls are staffed by Resident Assistants devoted to helping you make the transition to college life. } Biscayne, Everglades and Palmetto halls offer two-bedroom, single-occupancy suites with split-style bathrooms. } Eagle and Osprey halls feature three-bedroom, singleoccupancy suites with kitchenette, common living area and shared bath. } All bedrooms are equipped with a height-adjustable, extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk and chair. } Eagle and Osprey suites also have three-piece sectional sofas, entertainment centers, end tables, microwaves and full-size refrigerators. } Campus Rec boasts a sprawling resort-style pool and intramurals. Next door is the Recreation and Wellness Center, a two-story building that features a double gymnasium, group fitness room, multipurpose room, strength and fitness room and cardio deck. } Amenities include study rooms, game rooms, fitness rooms, TV lounges, computer labs, community kitchens and SoVi Dining Hall, just a few steps away from your room. } SoVi Dining is an all-you-care-to-eat establishment that offers a wide range of hot entrees, sandwiches, pizzas, a salad bar, a dessert station and more. There are vegan and vegetarian offerings and items geared for a healthy lifestyle.

2-BEDROOM SINGLE
Biscayne, Everglades and Palmetto halls offer two-bedroom, single-occupancy suites with split-style bathrooms.
3-BEDROOM SINGLE
Eagle and Osprey halls feature three-bedroom, singleoccupancy suites with a kitchenette, common living area and shared bath.
All bedrooms are equipped with a height-adjustable, extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk and chair. Eagle and Osprey suites also have three-piece sectional sofas, entertainment centers, end tables, microwaves and full-size refrigerators. A limited number of single units are available on a first-come, first-served basis – floor plans for single units are available on our website.

THE LIVING-LEARNING COMMUNITIES (LLC) in South Village offer residents a chance to meet others with shared interests and goals. Each LLC has a Resident Assistant trained to work with community members and assist them in exploring their interests. Those communities are: HONORS

TRANSFER STUDENTS/ UPPERCLASSMEN RESIDENCE
NORTH LAKE VILLAGE Apartment-style, lakefront living within walking distance of everything the campus offers makes this a prime choice for easy living. The boardwalk offers access to beachside dining at The Boardwalk Grill and Azul’s Brewhouse as well as Groves Pointe and all of its lakefront activities. The complex features: } 450 apartments, each with four single-occupancy bedrooms, and 40 apartments with double-occupancy bedrooms. } Bedrooms include an extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk and chair. Full-size beds are available for an additional charge.
N O R T H L A K E V I L L A G E ( N LV ) STUDENT RESIDENCES
} Each kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. } Each living room has a sofa, loveseat and end table. } The lakefront beach is a popular gathering spot for beach volleyball, corn hole and tubing. } Amenities include a community center, pool, gas grills, computer/study center, fire pit, hammocks, tennis courts and easy access to Alico Arena. Grab something to eat at The Boardwalk, a sit-down restaurant offering an array of casual, American-style menu options, next door to Azul’s Brewhouse.
4-BEDROOM SINGLE
Each apartment features four single-occupancy bedrooms with kitchen, living room and shared baths.
WEST LAKE VILLAGE All the amenities and Residence Life support that come with campus living, plus a little distance from the pace of campus, is what West Lake Village offers upperclassmen. The complex features:
} 144 apartments with 501 beds in six buildings just 2 miles north of campus and adjacent to Gulf Coast Town Center with its many shops, restaurants and movie complex. } Three- and four-bedroom single-occupancy bedrooms, all with private baths. } Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, full-size bed, private bathroom, dresser, night stand, desk and chair. } Kitchens feature full-size refrigerators, ranges, microwave ovens, dishwashers and washer/dryers. } Living rooms each have a sofa, loveseat, coffee and end tables. } Shuttle bus runs between the complex and the university. } On-site amenities include a community center, fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor volleyball court and computer lab.

FOR HOUSING THINGS TO KNOW FIRST: } Applying for housing is a separate process from applying for admission. } You must be admitted to FGCU before applying for housing. } You need your University Identification Number (UIN) and PIN to log into the Housing web portal. } There’s a $50 nonrefundable application fee.
It must be paid with a major credit/debit card.

Complete the agreement, including submission of $50 nonrefundable application fee, and acceptance of terms and conditions.
