This is a success story that I just have to share! In October 2019 I was a sponsor for an event here in Jacksonville. It was not a cheap venture ($1800) but I decided it was a business opportunity and since I was asked to be a part of it, I needed to bite the bullet and commit! The event was one evening and then the entire next day. I set up a table, brought custom JULIA S. FATTAHI marketing materials, borrowed a cabernet Berkshire Hathaway realtor® table cloth and flag from corporate and became one of the many beach office "vendors" around the room. I walked around a lot, checking out the presentations by participants for the event, sat in on the talks throughout the day and made conversation every chance I could! One conversation happened to be with the president of this organization. I shared how impressed I was with the event - noting specifics, and then we spoke at length about real estate. I also learned a lot about his family, where they lived, etc. For being a sponsor, I was fortunate enough to get a name and email list of all the members of this organization. So, if anything proved fruitful- it was this list alone!! I immediately added them all to AutoFlow.

Fast forward a year. Out of the blue I get an email from who??? The president of this organization!! He asked if I could come and speak to him and his wife about listing their home. I was blown away and SUPER excited!! I gathered some basic information from him and prepared for the listing consultation. I also may have stalked Facebook and noticed his wife is dear friends with a few of my cousins and we have several "mutual friends". We had a great meeting, but I also knew I was up against their Realtor from previous transactions (not a Berkshire agent). Sharing my custom listing presentation booklet with all BHHSFNR offers, spending LOTS of time listening and looking for opportunities to connect, I felt like I had a pretty good chance of winning the listing. And after three more meetings, that is exactly what happened. So, thank you AutoFlow, the "set it and forget it" dream machine for helping me obtain a $2,600,000 listing. Well worth the $1,800 vendor cost and time.
