Important Minimum Wage Compliance Notification All Florida employers are required to post the current minimum wage in their place of business where an employee can see it. Starting Sept. 30, the minimum wage in Florida will increase to $10 an hour, and the required cash wage for tipped employees will increase to $6.98.
