ABOUT THE BREAD RELAY

CAMPAIGN UNIFYING JERSEY MIKE’S MONTH OF GIVING CHARITIES Join in our nationwide, crowdsourced campaign that celebrates the generous philanthropy of Jersey Mike’s! It will highlight the deep national and local impact that Jersey Mike’s makes and how many missions and causes they support. Each charity can host small events / mission activations with the bread at the epicenter. Note: This campaign is not meant to replace your already existing local Month of Giving plan. Rather, we invite you to go A SUB ABOVE to show true appreciation for this one-of-a-kind company. Bread - Jersey Mike’s currency - is the symbol of this campaign like a baton in a relay race or the Olympic torch! Juice - Each charity brings their own missioncentric flavor, a.k.a. JUICE, to this crowdsourced campaign.

TYPES OF EVENTS AND ACTIVATION EXAMPLES

A photo with a Jersey Mike’s representative and a charity representative with bread or a video of passing the bread baton! Saying your charity tag line in front of the juice wall.

A speech or check presentation including constituents of your charity and mission. Music, arts, sports or anything creative and mission-centric that is authentic to YOUR community!

The Flutie Foundation hosted their own bread relay in New England in 2023 and realized this concept can work for all charities. Check out their recap video! The campaign featured: A giant piece of real bread baked as a physical baton to carry throughout the month All partner stores were visited with the bread baton An interactive map that was updated throughout the month Small events / mission activations every time the bread got to a certain store
