The PIN code will then be sent to this e-mail address within a few seconds and your customer will have instant access to their Flying Blue account with all its functions. If no e-mail address entered in the Flying Blue profile. The customer can phone in an e-mail address, requests a PIN code online and then receives it instantly via e-mail.
Information on award tickets There are four kinds of award ticket: s Classic Award: the classic award ticket s Promo Award@: a limited-time offer, by which an award ticket is offered at 50 % of the usual number of Miles for a Classic Award in the requested travel class. Only bookable online. s Elite Award: award ticket for certain flights, exclusively reserved for Elite members. The required number of Miles is equivalent to 115 % of the number of Miles required for a Classic Award in the same travel class. s Flex Award: award ticket for which a seat is guaranteed for double the amount of Miles needed for a Classic Award, provided there are still places available on the flight. Flex Awards in First or Business Class are reserved for Flying Blue Elite members. Changes and cancellations are free of charge. Flex Awards do not apply to upgrade or Round-the-World awards. Book award flights Award flights with AF, KL, UX, KQ, RO and SkyTeam partners can be booked until 24 hours before departure: s Online on the customer’s personal Flying Blue page (the customer’s Flying Blue number and their PIN code are required to log in). s Or over the telephone with the Flying Blue Service Centre. For all other airline partners, the Flying Blue Service Centre must be contacted at least two weeks before departure. Taxes and charges for flights with AF and KL on European routes (excluding internal French routes) can also be paid with Award Miles for a charge of 7,500 Miles per flight segment. This can only be carried out over the telephone.
