Pisco Sour
from DUN Spring 2019
Pisco is a light-colored spirit similar to grappa. It is producedby distilling the grape pomace and wine after fermentation hasoccurred. Pisco is usually not aged, and is the national spirit ofboth Chile and Peru. We tried this cocktail while hosting a trip toRio Manso Lodge in Argentina's Patagonia region and fell in love.
