Grand Junction Subs is an award-winning sandwich shop with two locations in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Grand Junction has made a name for itself with its East Coaststyle grilled sandwiches, natural-cut Idaho potato fries, and cookies as big as your face.

"Our menu was not developed overnight; we created the best sandwich in the area by working tirelessly with Vu Truong, the original Grand Junction founder, and our fry process was overhauled with local legend, Reza Kamranian, owner of the former local favorite, Reza's Pitch," Colton Shoults said.

Grand Junction Subs is not your standard run-of-the-mill sandwich shop. Their subs are bursting with flavor and are grilled to perfection right before your eyes by their talented grill masters. Serving a wide variety of subs from classics like the Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken Cordon Bleu to unique offerings like the Gyro and Grinder. Don’t forget about fresh grilled chicken salads!
