Nicole Stenson has combined her passion and expertise for over five years at the SCHEELS Ginna’s Café. With over 24 years of experience in the restaurant industry, what makes Nicole passionate about this industry and her career are the people.

“I enjoy the people I get to meet, from customers to the relationships that develop with our Ginna’s crew,” Nicole said. “Over the years, I have built friendships with many of our daily regular customers. I enjoy seeing their smiles as they enter Ginna’s Café and tell me about their day.”

Nicole also enjoys challenges. “I’m always up for a good challenge and love being able to grow with the company. I also enjoy leading and growing our younger crew, seeing them develop and become long-term employees.”

Nicole is passionate about the Bismarck-Mandan community and is grateful to give back. “Being we are an employee-owned company, it gives us the opportunity to donate directly to the Bismarck-Mandan area. Knowing that our community is important to SCHEELS makes me proud to work for the company.”
