Stephanie Ott started her career at SCHEELS while in high school and has been at SCHEELS for 24 years and counting! Throughout the years, Stephanie has filled many roles, but her current role as the Women’s Sports Shoe Manager has taught her so much about the importance of quality shoes that affect a person from the ground up. What she loves most about her career are the opportunities she’s been given.

“I have had so many opportunities with SCHEELS in my career. I have been to many buying shows, helped set up numerous new SCHEELS stores, and won multiple trips. I have been to places in the world I wouldn’t have ever seen if I didn’t work for such a great company. I love growing with this company, learning new things, and meeting great people who have taught me a lot.”

Stephanie also loves the relationships she builds with her customers. “[Our customers] come to SCHEELS because we are trained and knowledgeable in the areas we work in. It gives me satisfaction when a customer leaves happy and their feet are happy as well.”

Stephanie also plays a role in the Bismarck-Mandan community. “I am a contributor to the Bismarck-Mandan United Way program and I have volunteered at a number of Bismarck marathons, to spread awareness about the importance of great running shoes.”
