Sophie Daly of Hegg Realtors is helping people in and around the area make their real estate goals a reality. For many, when it comes to making what is one of the biggest purchases in their lives, she believes educating people is the most important part of that process.

“When buying, selling, or even investing, I want clients to understand each and every step in the process. There are so many factors that play into buying and selling a home, and my core mission in real estate is serving as a resource to my clients so they can make the best decisions for themselves during any type of transaction,” Sophie said.

Daly recently added a rental property and a complete home renovation project to her plate, but real estate isn’t the only world you’ll find her spending time in. In an effort to best know the community she works in, she serves as a fill-in host on the local Sioux Falls talk show, KELOLAND Living, where she meets local business owners and community members as well as emceeing for the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
