Your customer testimonials amplified Established in the USA in 2004, ‘yelp’ attracts over 61 million visitors annually! yelp is a social networking, user review, and local search web site. Visitors are able to search for businesses, enter reviews, as well as share their opinions on social networking sites such as facebook. Once you verify your business on yelp, you’ll have a voice, so you can join the conversation regarding your business; reply to reviews either publicly or privately!

Verifying your business will only take a couple of minutes! Visit https://biz.yelp.com.au/ and search for your business to verify your listing. Follow the prompts and verify your business in minutes.

Tip

During the last step “Verify your identity”, you will be required enter a four digit pin provided. Be sure to instruct the receptionist or the person that answers the phone to enter in the four digit pin provided.

Next… Complete your profile by adding business descriptions, history, specialities, photos and more.

Enter your business details and select “Add”. It will take a couple of days for your business to show up in search results. Once your business is listed on yelp, you can start adding your business information right away!

Important information you should know Facebook Timeline is coming, within weeks, and it’s mandatory. Be prepared! Review your profile now, clean up anything inappropriate from a consumer’s viewpoint and don’t assume your ‘friends’ won’t share any indiscretions you’ve posted. Make your Google+ Business page stand out by including videos and a detailed description of your services in the ‘About’ section

Tip

You can add multiple administrators to your Google+ Business page. Simply go to your Google+ page, switch to your Business page, go to the Settings in the Black Google Bar (the little icon in the utmost right of the page). Select Managers from the settings page and you can then add managers by typing in their email address.
