What is national focus? National FOCUS is the network's new eMagazine that will showcase member listings to a growing database approaching 500,000 clients. Starting in March and distributed monthly, you can purchase pages in National FOCUS on a monthly basis and provide vendors with national exposure for their listing. As more and more members buy pages, the greater the audience will be. Not only will National FOCUS be sent to the network’s new National Contact Database, it will be sent to every participating member’s entire customer database. Think of the huge exposure and referral marketing opportunities this will create!

Number of Pages Enter the number of pages you would like to purchase and click Book.

Can I go back and add pages later? Additional pages can be purchased as long as they are booked before the due date as shown on screen. Due dates will vary depending on the National FOCUS schedule. See page 21.

Upload Property Photos Click Manage Photos and follow the prompts. When you are finished click Done.

Paginate your eMagazine Now it’s time to put your eMagazine together and make sure the properties appear in the order you require. Click the Magazine button in the main menu and click the Paginate all Modules link in the side menu.

Manual Fill If you prefer to paginate yourself, double click a property or click and drag it from the Property List into the Pages screen.

When you are happy with the layout, click Preview.

Auto Fill Click Auto Fill and the system will paginate your pages with Single Property full pages appearing first, followed by two property full pages and finally, four property pages.

Preview your eMagazine Use the control keys to preview your pages. Click Add to Basket to finalise an order or to edit click Back.

When can I see my eMag and order printed copies? You can view the eMag and order printed copies of the magazine once the upload period has expired. For example, the first issue upload period is 21st to 24th March. On the 25th March you will be able to access the complete eMag and order printed copies. For future editions refer to page 21 for deadlines.

Order printed copies A variety of printed magazine options are available for you to order through propertybrochures.com.au. Print a national, rural, state, zone or commercial magazine to distribute in your local area and to your customer database. Refer to page 10. Select from the list of options in the Menu (as shown), paginate (either manually or using Auto Fill ) and click Preview.

To send an eCard using your Utopia account, follow these steps:

Frequently asked questions 1. Can I print the eMagazine in my office? No. For professional results contact propertybrochures.com.au to order your printed versions. 2.

Will National FOCUS be an ongoing eMagazine? Yes. National FOCUS will be a monthly magazine, however, frequency is dependent on member participation and ongoing support. For proposed advertising periods, please refer to page 21.

If you click an advertisement, where does the link take you? To the property details page located on the National or First National Commercial websites.

4.

Can I change the layout? No. This is a templated eMagazine and consistency is key to success. Full, half and quarter page property layouts are available.

5.

Do I have to buy a full page? Yes. Full pages can contain half and quarter page modules, but advertising space can only be purchased in full page quantities.

6.

Can I display National FOCUS on my website? Yes. The link can be added to your website using the PortPlus content management system.

7.

Where do I get my National FOCUS eMag from? Go to fnfusion.com.au, login, select the eMagazine section and copy the link.

8.

How will I know when the eMagazine is ready? Refer to the table on page 21 for availability.

9.

What if my advertised property has sold during the advertising period? You can alter, change, add and subtract properties as many times as you like during this time.

10. I am not already a fusion2.0-LITE subscriber. Can I still participate? Yes. fusion2.0-LITE is the program powering National FOCUS and this initiative is FREE for all members to use. However, you must pay to buy pages and print, if desired. 11. Can I advertise my residential and First National Commercial properties on the same page? No. First National Commercial listings will be advertised under the generic First National Commercial brand for strategic strength. If you purchase a page in residential and one in commercial, both pages will be grouped together at the front of the eMagazine when distributed to you. 12. How does fusion2.0-LITE recognise me? All members’ logos, contact details and property information have been pre-loaded into fusion2.0-LITE. To login, enter your 6 digit First National member code as your username and password.
