PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS My passion for cars started when I was a small kid. I loved everything that had four wheels, was fast and good looking. Later on I fell in love with motorcycles and all the rest followed. I realised I was not only in love with cars, but i was and am in love with design, speed, with good looking and well built objects. The look, the sound, the history, the passion that has been put in it, everything about those objects fascinates me. I grew up in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment and can easiliy integrate and coordinate heterogeneous working and social groups. I am highly motivated and eager to learn as much as i can. My main interests are design, travelling, motorcycles, photography, history and obviously cars. I enjoy playing individual and team sports such as tennis, football, swimming, cycling and golf

SKETCH PROJECT MASERATI// LUXURY AND SPEED Exterior design work in progress
CONCEPT & DEVELOPMENT
In this sketching project I wanted to create a new model for the brand Maserati. It is a direct competitor of the Aston Martin Rapide and Porsche Panamera. It is a large sedan with very sleek and sporty proportions intended for daily use. The main keywords that came up while designing this car are elegance, classicism, femininity and heritage. Maserati is a brand with an extraordinary history and image and I wanted to represent this as strongly as possible.

The final result is a large sedan with a very sporty look while keeping the Maserati feeling and timeless elegance.

SKETCH PROJECT ALFA ROMEO// RED PASSION Exterior design work in progress
CONCEPT & DEVELOPMENT
Passion, performance, classicism are some of Alfa Romeo’s keywords. With a brand with so much heritage and potential I really wanted to design an emotional object that would catch the eye immediately. Something that would be noticed immediately and unmistakeable. The vehicle is a new generation coupÊ with a long and sleek hood and strong and tense weelarches.

CAR DESIGN 2.0 LEXUS X-BLADE FUTURE TRANSPORTATION Interior and exterior WORK IN PROGRESS
CONCEPT & DEVELOPMENT
It’s the year 2030, the brand Lexus is launching a new vehicle designed to travel long distances in all comfort and safety. The main idea came from the amethyst stone, with a simple external shell that holds the crystal on the inside. I wanted to repeat this on this vehicle by having a clean outside body and an interior that seems “carved into the stone, as if it is a jewel protected from the outside world. The target is a young family, from the upper middle class in need of a vehicle they can use on a daily basis for long interurban drives and for long distance trips.
SKETCH RESEARCH
As simple and clean as the exterior design is, the interior design is a complex composition of shapes and details that are carved into this whole volume and make the interior look like a composition of precious gems.
The sleek sharp shape of the outer body, reminds of the japanese blade. This lead to great aerodymanics and an excellent driving range, whilst not sacrifying the interior space for the passengers. The outer shell is composed of high tech materials that are transparent from the inside but keep the occupants of the vehicle in a cosy and private ambient.

4180MM Height
THe design of this boat has been studied on a 18.5 meter package (approx. 61 footer). One of the first things that you can notice are the very slender and dynamic shape and the cutting edge design. There has been put a lot of effort in creating the most ergonomic possible boat. The deck has a lot of walkaround space and comfortable seating solutions.
18525MM Length
At the aft part of the boat you can notice a compartment dedicated to a jetski. Thanks to an electronic mechanism the jetski can be stored without having to pull or push. This has in no way compromised the choice of engines. Both engines are located at the two extremes of the aft part of the yacht.

PACKAGE AND TECHNICAL VIEWS//
As you can see from the plan view on the deck floor the cabin is divided in two parts. One part is dedicated to relax and luxury and the other part is dedicated to the cockpit of the yacht. The living room is composed of a large 5 person sofa, a large table, two closets, a TV-table and various decorating objects.
On the aft part of the hull floor are located the two engines and a jetski compartment. The master bedroom is equipped in all luxury and comfort. There are two modern bathrooms and two double guestrooms. In the centerpart there is also a kitchen area with relax area (table and sofa).

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: WHILST PROCEDING WITH THE DESIGNPHASE I MADE SURE TO FOLLOW THE LEXUS L-FINESSE PHILOSOPHY WHILST ADAPTING IT ON A NAUTICAL PACKAGE. AN IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THIS BOAT WAS THAT ALL THE MATERIALS HAD TO BE CONNECTED WITH EACHOTHER TO CREATE A HOMOGENEOUS AND FUTURISTIC YACHT.

BRIEF & INSPIRATION THE MAIN CONCERN OF THIS THESIS-PROJECT WAS TO CREATE A NEW INTERPRETATION OF THE CLASSIC CATAMARAN YACHT. iT STARTED OFF WITH ANALYZING THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CLASSIC CATAMARAN YACHT AND AFTER THAT WE THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT COULD BE CHANGED OR ADDED TO IMPROVE THE YACHT. OUR GOAL WITH THIS PROJECT WAS TO CREATE A NEW TYPE OF CATAMARAN THAT WOULD BRING THE OWNER IN CONTACT WITH THE WATER. IT WAS ESSENTIAL TO CREATE A NEW DESIGN LANGUAGE TO ATTRACT A YOUNGER CLIENTELE AND TO CREATE A NEW PRODUCT ON THE MARKET. SOME OTHER CARACTERISTICS OF THE SETSUZOKU YACHT ARE THE HYBRID DIESEL PROPULSION AND THE HIGH TECH ELEMENTS PRESENT IN THE YACHT.

FINAL DESIGN
SHARP LINES AND ALTERNATIVE COLORS GIVE THIS YACHT AN UNIQUE CHARACTER.
RADARS ARE INTEGRATED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO LOOK VISUALLY PLEASING.
THE DESIGN OF THE AFT AREA IS SOFTER AND MORE SPACIOUS TO GIVE THE OWNER THE IMPRESSION OF CALM AND RELAXATION.
THE AFT DECK IS VERY SPACIOUS AND THE STAIRS ON BOTH HULL EMPHASIZE IT’S DESIGN AND IMPORTANCE.
AESTHETIC “FINS” THAT ALSO PROVIDE SOME PRIVACY TO THE OWNER AND GUESTS.
STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS THAT CONNECT THE SUPERSTRUCTURE TO BOTH HULLS AND THAT IMPROVE THE DESIGN OF THE YACHT.
INTERIOR DESIGN
“It was very important make the interior design communicate with the exterior. The interior space on the superstructure is one big open space combining driving post, salon and galley with a very modern and clean design. There are functional storage spots all around the cabin.
MODERN & REFINED The best way to enjoy the sea
Next to the owner’s cabin is situated a lounge/study room to give the occupants of the yacht some privacy. Thanks to the incredibly big hull windows they can admire the view in a more reserved atmosphere.
FLYBRIDGE DESIGN
THE WIDTH OF THE MULTHULL ALLOWED ME TO DESIGN A VERY SPACIOUS FLYBRIDGE WITHOUT IT INFLUENCING THE DESIGN LANGUAGE OF THE CATAMARAN.
ENJOY THE VIEW IN ALL COMOFROT AND STYLE ON THE MODERN FLYBRIDGE. iT IS PROVIDED WITH ALL NEEDS; A MINIBAR, BAR TABLE WITH STOOLS, A LARGE SOFA AND LOUNGE CHAIRS.

PROD./YACHT DESIGN FLYBRIDGE DINETTE DESIGN// RETRO. FIRST TERM INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT
DINETTE DESIGN
This was one of our first approaches to the world of interior design for yachts. The exercice consisted in the creation of an innovative and original dinette for a flybridge of a yacht. I wanted to create an original and less traditional galley. My main source of inspiration was the Case Study House n째8 of Charles and Ray Eames. I wanted to reinterpretate their design language in a modern way.
INSPIRATIONAL IMAGES
SKETCH Development
I opted for retro looking materials. A peculiarity of this dinette is the half transparent part that even when closed shows a hint of the insides. You see through it but only when it slides open you really get to see what the dinette contains. I added some metallic finish to contrast the pastel colours and give a bit more brilliance. The small oven is touch screen and you can operate it by touching the small command screen just right under the sink.

OTHER PASSIONS PHOTOGRAPHY PERSONAL SHOTS OF CARS AND PLACES I’VE TRAVELLED TO
In my free time I love to go out and take pictures of cars, landscapes, buildings and all things that spark my creativity and imagination. I think that photography is an art an those amateur shots don’t do it justice, but I love to capture moments, there’s always a story behind it and images often tell more than a thousand words. Photography also helps you enjoy things you wouldn’t notice normally, you start paying attention to details, colours, emotions and much more.
