Scope of Engagement

The intention of the Stakeholder Spectrum is to develop a fulsome understanding of the FNHIC engagement audiences in order to better tailor the messages, expand the scope of engagement, retrieve the right feedback, improve analysis of the feedback, build relationships, understand the diversity of the information and sources and truly bring First Nations’ concerns and desires to the decision-making table.
