THE SURFACE OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT DEVELOPED BY FOAMTEK™ LOOKS LIKE A RUBBERIZED ELASTIC PAINT THAT COATS THE OBJECT LIKE A STURDY SECOND SKIN, PERFECTLY WATERPROOF AND WASHABLE. IN ADDITION, THE PRODUCT MAINTAINS ITS QUALITY OF TAKING ON A MULTITUDE OF COLOURS TYPICAL OF THE PAINT.
INSIDE Flexible Features In order to give an optimized comfort and durabilty, we display many different kinds of foam that can not be listed here. On request, they are available in a flame retardant version for public places, premises or different productions, according to the main international fire regulations. Contact our technical office for more information. Oeko-Tex速 The results of the inspection made according to Oeko-Tex速 Standard 100, product class 1 have shown that the above-mentioned goods meet the human ecological requirements of the standard presently established for baby articles.
OUTSIDE The Surface The Lovely FoamŽ surface is completely free from harmful substances and is ideal for being used in direct contact with the person. Resistance Tensile strength 100.000 Martindale cycle laboratory test confirm that our products are ideal as contract furniture seating. Care & maintenance FoamTek™ products are very easy to maintain: to clean them, just spray a mild cleanser on the surface and remove it with a sponge; then wipe it with a clean and soft cloth. In case of stubborn stains, use a more powerful cleaning product, suitable for all the surfaces.
Color Tab The vast range of colors is selected to satisfy your taste as much as possible. We can also manufacture your custom color from the RAL, Pantone and NCS scales.

How is it made? All our products are made with an exclusive manufacturing system. Everything starts from a block of special indeformable foam, that is soft or semi-rigid according to the element to realize, from which we obtain several shapes drawn with a software. This permits to create every custom-made design suitable for all the places.
Foam Coating The item we get is then treated on the surface with some components that create an elastic, water-repellent and colored coating. The FoamTek™ collection has been presented at the Milan International Furniture Fair with a great deal of approval.

district.
These
seats are featured by an inclined plane and a high backrest so that to give a safe and comfortable support to the people they receive. The Lovely Foam速 surface is Ral Chestnut Brown colored.

architect Giorgio Cerrai. The sofa is manufactured by Foam Tek™ so that to be used both indoors and outdoors, both as a sofa and as a bed. The object is equipped with two poufs, obtained from the shaping of the seat, and has the big size of 200x120 cm.
