OTT LAUGHLIN FUNERAL HOME CELEBRATING 76 YEARS OF SERVICE

Letter From The Publisher Fall and football adds up to fun for families at the Floyd homestead. We enjoy attending or watching games with other “fanatics”. We wear our team colors, graze on some great snacks, and laugh a lot. The great American tradition of gathering with friends around the big screen or at the tailgate is alive and well in our neck of the woods. Slightly cooler weather, relatively that is, and a great excuse to gather? What more can true Floridians want?

“We’ll be there when you need us.”

Great stories, of course. I was inspired this month by Kimberly Maldonado’s story of her new athletic position. She’s the first female place kicker for the Lake Wales Highlanders football team. Her other sport is soccer, the one she hopes will earn her a scholarship to study engineering. It’s obvious from the numerous quotes by school staffers in the article that this young lady will kick her way to the top in any pursuit she follows. Fall also begins the new Florida High School Rodeo Association season and Lake Wales should once again have a great year. Cody Conroy just won the Triple Crown and “2011 All Around Champion Cowboy” awards. Both are very big deals in the rodeo world. But no matter where he and his supportive family must roam (and tailgate) for competitions, Cody likes the wide-open spaces of his Lake Wales home best. This issue is full of great stories. As you’re sharing around your big screen, I hope you won’t miss reading any of them. And if you learn of a good one, send the idea our way.

Local » Focus help peers and adults, and volunteer in our community. I look forward to watching Kim do amazing things with her life.” The middle child of eight (5 boys/3girls), Maldonado, 17, grew up playing “tough” soccer with three older brothers who never went easy on her. She credits her father Eric Maldonado, who coaches youth club teams, for making her “toughen up.” He made no excuses for his “relentless” daughter who he says, “hates to lose.” The Winter Haven News Chief 2011 Girls Soccer Player of the Year on the district runner-up LWHS team always rises to a challenge. In Polk County, girls who meet qualifications can play for a boys’ team. Boys, however, cannot play on girls’ teams. Maldonado calls family “my number one support.” She said, “My mom (Tina) attends as many games as possible, took me to practices, and convinced dad to work more so he can buy me new cleats - haha! My older brother Josh comes to all games, no matter where or what sport... I call him my manager. I like to run any choice I make by him and see what he thinks.” The fearless Maldonado appreciates peer encouragement, too: “My friends support me and think it’s really cool I have the courage to do this.”

L

ake Wales High School has made news often lately - and it’s all good. With two regular season football wins over Orlando Jones and Lake Gibson, and a preseason victory over Kathleen, they’re bound for success. They’ve also made news because senior Kimberly Maldonado, one of the team’s three place kickers and its first girl ever, is only the second in Polk County to play for her school’s team. The first played several years

ago for Frostproof. Maldonado wears #16 on two jerseys football and soccer, the sport she hopes will earn her a scholarship for an engineering degree. Girls soccer coach believes this will happen. She said, “These past four years I’ve watched this wonderful young lady inspire and lead on the field through her determination, drive, and competitiveness. Off the field, she is humble, thoughtful, and down-to-earth. I’ve witnessed her taking time to interact with younger children,

Of the transition, Maldonado “never expected football to be a walk in the park.” She explained, “Anyone learning a new sport will have advantages and disadvantages. My disadvantage is learning to switch kicking styles from soccer to football. While playing both at the same time can be difficult, it’s totally worth it.” About the gear, she noted, “Football uniforms are big, bulky and very hot, but sweating is definitely not a problem for me ... I’m used to it and also referee league soccer on weekends. Just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean I’m the girly-girl type.” The brotherly advice helps Maldonado relate to male teammates, of whom she couldn’t be more complimentary. “I’m so lucky to have such great, supportive teams. They are the BEST, like another family. I know if I have any problem, they will help me out like big brothers.” She also offered, “The guys are good about language on and off the field and very respectful to teachers and adults around school. They’re all big teddy bears. Most tell me they’re glad I was the girl chosen to be on the team.” Coach Rod Shafer credits her hard work,

saying, “To say Kim is ‘one of the boys’ wouldn’t be an accurate statement, but she does add a certain flare to our team. Unfortunately, she didn’t start kicking for us until this year, but she practices hard and teammates respect her. She gets on the guys if she feels they aren’t doing their best. She’s a pleasure to have around.” Athletic Director Marvin Pavy offered, “She works out with three kickers and does everything they do … I do expect her to get some playing time.” Early Childhood Education teacher Lisa Davis complimented the 3.875 GPA student’s academics: “Qualities that make Kim a great athlete also make her a great student. She shows the same drive and determination in the classroom as on the field. She has a great future.” With the first extra point (against Kathleen) in her first football season and the 99 career LWHS soccer goals, she is a force the Highlander teammates, coaches, and fans can appreciate. Guidance counselor Autumn Bridges described Maldonado as “very upbeat and determined, with an amazingly positive outlook on life.” She added, “She’ll do whatever it takes to reach her goals. Kim always has a smile on her face and is usually bouncing around full of energy.” Principal Donna Dunson agrees. “Kim,” she said, “is a vibrant young woman who clearly is focused on a life of achievement and adventure. She walks with confidence and handles the attention with grace. This kid is poised to kick it out of the stadium in every respect.”

“Qualities that make Kim a great athlete also make her a great student. She shows the same drive and determination in the classroom as on the field. She has a great future.” - Lisa Davis

The rodeos are spread out all over the Southeast, Texas, New Mexico, and Wyoming for national finals. We travel often in the summer, so it’s a little more stressful.” “But,” according to Mike, “we don’t mind doing it as long as Cody puts his heart into it. We support him wholeheartedly. It’s all fun because it’s family. Another advantage the family appreciates, Mike adds, is that “with two to three nights each week spent at the practice pens, we always know where our son is.” When Cody turns 18 on December 6, he could begin his professional career, but at this point he plans to earn a college degree in sports medicine. “Rodeo riders need help with their injuries, too,” he explained. “College teams recruit riders through scholarships. I can make a living doing rodeo work.” A few schools have already approached this young champion. Cody Conroy, 2011 Champion All Around Cowboy, is never happier than when he’s riding and competing in rodeo events.

Cody Conroy C Written By: Cheryl Johnston

ody Conroy has his cowboy act together - no doubt about it.

The Lake Wales High School junior became the first Triple Crown winner in the 2011 Florida High School Rodeo Association Finals held this summer in Okeechobee. He won the title of “All Around Cowboy” as a 17-year-old sophomore with wins in the tie down and team roping events.

The Lake Wales native grew up around the rodeo business and began competing at age 10. His parents, Mike and Sherry Conroy, are former professionals who still compete when time allows and volunteer with the FHSRA (www.fhsra.homestead.com). He ropes and she barrel races. Two uncles rope bulls and ride broncos. Traveling to various events almost every weekend is a family affair that also includes Cody’s brother Colton, 12. The “All Around Cowboy” title is a big deal. The yearlong competition finishes with the top 15 contending at the state finals and the top 4 competing at nationals in Gillette,

Wyoming. Cody won at nationals for calf roping in his freshman year and took the Triple Crown title as a sophomore. Now in his junior year, FHSRA ranks him as #1. He also manages to play shortstop and second base for the Highlanders baseball team while maintaining “decent grades,” according to Cody, whose favorite subject is agriculture. Additionally, his responsibility is to care for the family’s six horses. “I can’t do much else until that’s done,” Cody explained. Competing at Cody’s level is an expensive proposition for the family, but obviously the Conroys believe it’s a good investment. FHSRA competing membership fees total $254, which includes National High School Rodeo Association dues, insurance, industry magazine subscriptions. All members must also do two mandatory fundraisers. Out of town competitions means additional expense. Mike Conroy explained, “In this economy it’s very trying to manage food

The network of rodeo friends is part of the fun. Cody keeps in touch with contacts ”from all around the state and the country.” What he enjoys most about the cowboy life is “Getting away from everything. Doing what I love. It’s also great to win.”

Those wins have garnered the teenage champion 200 belt buckles, 12 saddles, clothing, and many other prizes. Although the arena noise, music, and cheering crowd help Cody during competitions, generally he enjoys calm. And even though he’s frustrated by a loss, his dad Mike says, “Cody’s consistency and inward drive bring him success.” Cody credits his teammates, too: Team roping partner Curtis Culligan of Davie, veterinarian Josh Mayworth, and his horses, Black and Tequila. He also thanks his supportive family, Three F Bar Ranch, and Rising C Cattle Company for the practice cattle. Living in the quiet, big open spaces and natural settings of Lake Wales brings Cody great pleasure. He likes working with his reliable calf horse Black, and his performance happy heel horse for team roping, Tequila. Cody discovered his passion early. His dad said, “Obviously, we never knew he’d be this good, but we always hoped he would be. We have photos of him at age 3-4, standing with champions. He took it to heart and went with it. We didn’t push him, but wherever it takes him, we will be his biggest fans alongside.”

Keith Ledger Winter Haven Hero Long time Winter Haven resident, pulls woman from burning car with bare hands Written By: Kristi Linebaugh

A

t 1:30 in the morning, long time Winter Haven resident Keith Ledger was awakened by a huge explosion. The lights were out but a glow coming through his window was bright enough for him to find a pair of shorts and run outside to discover the cause. A van across the street had hit a transformer and flipped on its side. A man crawled out the window, but Keith could hear a woman screaming for help inside the van. Barefooted and shirtless, he ran towards the burning van armed with nothing but his fists. No one was helping the woman so Ledger jumped on top of the van’s hood, now totally engulfed in flames, and started punching the windshield out with his fists. He punched the glass until he could pull pieces out. His son later told him that he threw big chunks of the windshield out. With his hands now covered in his own blood, he desperately struggled to make an opening for the woman to crawl out. “I kept hearing her screams for someone to help her. That’s what kept me going. I couldn’t stand the thought of her burning alive.” said Ledger. With the tires exploding and the flames now

inside the van, Ledger knew he had only seconds to get her out. He reached inside and was pulling her out. The man who had jumped from the car earlier turned out to be the woman’s boyfriend, and he grabbed her other arm to pull her from the trouble. The flames were so hot people 80 feet away could feel the heat. By the time she was removed from the car, the woman had burns on her hand and foot. Ledger suffered severe lacerations on his hands, arms and the bottom of his feet from walking on the glass. His wounds have miraculously healed, but he will visit a hand specialist next month to see if they can get his pinky to work again. Ledger had his own miracle during the fire. When the van hit the transformer, it exposed 30,000 volts of live wires and hit a water main that sent water gushing towards the wires. Ledger was barefoot and walking in the water during the accident. He never got shocked. “God lead me into the fire and I followed, He got me out without one hair being singed. I give God all the Glory.” Keith Ledger doesn’t think he’s a Hero, but often times the Greatest Heroes are the most humble. FOCUS Magazine winter haven october 2011

Opens October 15, 2011 Story by Cheryl Johnston | Photos courtesy of LEGOLAND® Florida

The wildly twisting track of the LEGO® TECHNIC™ Test Track Coaster provides thrill-a-minute practice at acceleration, braking and maneuverability.

The Dragon, an indoor/outdoor steel roller coaster, features a hilarious, behind-the-scenes view of life within the enchanted LEGOLAND Castle.

The much-anticipated LEGOLAND® Florida welcomes its first visitors to the 150-acre theme park on Saturday, October 15, 2011. If the buzz is any indication, it’s sure to be a hit and a great fit.

SERIOUS FAMILY FUN

Located in Winter Haven on a tract fronting Lake Eloise, the park is 45 minutes east of downtown Tampa and 45 minutes southwest of the Orlando. Fifth and largest in the LEGOLAND franchise, the interactive Florida destination is designed for families with children from ages 2 to 12, and of course, for all who are young at heart. More than 50 family rides, “hands on” activities and shows to provide education, adventure and fun will entertain millions in this second park of its kind in the United States.

Imagine 50 million bricks assembled with one goal in mind: enjoyment. Inspired by America’s love affair with all things LEGO® and a desire to create a family vacation for even the youngest at heart, LEGOLAND has redefined the theme park experience. With its unique focus on young guests and a great variety of thrill rides, the company has it all covered.

Four other LEGOLAND Parks in the world combine in this international venture. The Winter Haven location is the second in the U.S. after the Carlsbad, California park opened in 1999. The others include: LEGOLAND Billund in Denmark (1968), LEGOLAND Windsor outside of London (1996; awarded top honor for excellence in academic programs), LEGOLAND California in the U.S. (1999) and LEGOLAND Deutschland near Günzburg, Bavaria Germany (2002). An additional LEGOLAND Park project has been announced in Malaysia, and is scheduled to open in 2012.

More than 50 family rides, shows, and interactive attractions, restaurants, shopping and beautiful botanical gardens will keep everyone entertained for a full day’s visit and more. Ten zones of fun range from medieval thrills featuring knights, princesses and dragons to a highenergy, swashbuckling adventure starring jet-skiing pirates. What sets LEGOLAND Florida apart from the Tampa and Orlando competitors are the “pink-knuckle attractions.” Four junior roller coasters among the 50 rides offer the perfect combination of speed and thrill for the entire family to enjoy together.

COMPANY HISTORY

LEGOLAND® Florida General Manager Adrian Jones encourages the public to visit right away, saying, “The entire LEGOLAND experience is designed for kids ages 2 to 12, so there’s no longer any reason to delay the decision to take that first family theme park vacation.”

In 1932, Ole Kirk Christiansen started making wooden toys in his Billund, Denmark workshop. Two years later, he named his toys and workshop - LEGO®, which is a contraction of the Danish words ‘leg godt,’ meaning ‘play well.’ Coincidentally, later he realized that LEGO in Latin means “I put together” or “I assemble.”

He continues, “Our highly immersive rides and experiences are great fun for younger children, allow mom and dad to play along, and are perfect for creating cherished memories for every member of the family.”

The company bought its first plastics injection-molding machine in 1947, and introduced in 1949 its “Automatic Binding Bricks, the forerunner to the LEGO brick. The development of inner tubes on the bricks in 1958 significantly increased the number of possible building combinations. Preschool children thrilled to the larger DUPLO® bricks introduced in 1967, while older children enjoyed the LEGO® TECHNIC™ debut in 1977. Now known as The Educational Division, LEGO DACTA®, appeared in 1980. Increasing interest in the fantastic LEGO masterpieces displayed at the factories triggered Godtfred Kirk Christiansen’s idea of exhibiting the models outside. He originally envisioned just a little garden, for the display of various LEGO models and figures, but the idea expanded to become much larger in scope. In June 1968, LEGOLAND® Billund opened for the first time on a 9-acre site. and exceeded everyon’e expectations. In 2005, LEGOLAND theme parks became part of Merlin Entertainments Group, the second-largest theme park operator in the world and the leading name in location-based, family entertainment. Europe’s Number 1 and the world’s second-largest visitor attraction operator, Merlin now operates over 74 attractions, six hotels/two holiday villages in 17 countries and across four continents. The company aims to deliver memorable and rewarding experiences to its 43.6 million visitors worldwide, through its iconic global and local brands, and the commitment and passion of its managers and more than 15,000 employees.

Washington, D.C. sports faithful re-creations of the White House (including the first family and “first dog”), the U.S. Capitol building, Smithsonian, Washington and Jefferson monuments and parts of Georgetown. An animated marching band parades in front of the Capitol and tiny cherry trees blossom every spring. New York City features tiny jets of water shooting up from the fountain in Rockefeller Plaza, while an army of animated yellow taxicabs prowls the streets of Times Square. The Statue of Liberty, a cutaway view of Grand Central Station, The Empire State Building, the Guggenheim Museum and the Bronx Zoo are just a few of the iconic landmarks. A Pirate-themed section hosts a full-on swashbuckling pirate adventure as two opposing pirate ships and their “mates” battle it out upon the high seas. DUPLO® Village is ideal for toddlers and their imaginations. Youngsters can fly a plane, drive a car or explore Duplo Playtown, a whole town designed with their height in mind. The Village also features DUPLO Farm, where children can slide, climb and crawl through and around a whole host of friendly farm animals. LEGO® Kingdoms takes kids back to medieval times with the LEGOLAND Castle where spells are cast and many knights, damsels and dragons are found. Rides & Attractions in the Kingdom area include: The Dragon, an indoor/outdoor steel roller coaster, features a hilarious, behind-the-scenes view of life within the enchanted LEGOLAND Castle. Some minimum height requirements apply. LEGO® TECHNIC™ is the most “intense” zone in the park. Here courageous youngsters and daring adults will brave the LEGO® TECHNIC™ Test Track Coaster to harness the power of acceleration, braking and maneuverability as they race a life-size LEGO TECHNIC vehicle along a wildly twisting track. This area is also home to AQUAZONE® Wave Racers, which lets riders zip in and out of waves as they dodge kid-powered water blasters on their own LEGO jet skis. The Technicycle is a zany pedal-powered spinning machine that shoots riders into the air. Some minimum height requirements apply here also. Enjoy the fresh sandwiches, wraps and salads made fresh throughout the day at the Lakeside Sandwich Co. To satisfy the sweet tooth, visit Robot Pit Stop for funnel cakes available with an assortment of toppings. Imagination Zone, the most hands-on section of the park, emphasizes exploration and creation, while showcasing seven of the most visually exciting LEGO models in the world, including a replica of Albert Einstein’s head. In this zone guests will enjoy Hero Factory, an immersive interactive play area based on LEGO’s popular Hero Factory line. They can build a LEGO car and test it against the competition on the digitally timed track at Build & Test or build and program cutting-edge, computerized LEGO MINDSTORMS™ robots. For a great view of the entire park and Lake Eloise, kids and parents can hoist themselves up to the top of Kid Power Towers, and then enjoy a fun “free-fall” to the bottom. e may not like spiders and snakes, but Jim Stafford loves Winter Haven and his Central Florida home and he’s coming back! Today, Jim and his wife Ann live just outside of Branson, Missouri, on Table Rock Lake and frequently vacation in Jim’s hometown of Winter Haven, Florida. This December, however, Jim’s coming home to have a little fun with friends and fans. Born in Winter Haven, Jim and high school mates played in a band together. Little did they know ( Jim Stafford, Gram Parsons, and Kent Lavoie) that their teen interest in music would lead each to a successful career in the industry. Jim’s first chart-slamming song was “Swamp Witch” and it landed him a recording career that would include hits Spiders & Snakes, Wildwood Weed, Cow Pattie, My Girl Bill, and many more. If you’re from these parts, Polk County that is, and are at the very least 35 years old, you have a favorite Jim Stafford song. If you’re younger than that, your parents have one and you’ve heard them or your grandparents rolling around the house or driving through town singing it - and loud, as if they’d written it themselves and owned it! I asked Jim what his own favorite “Jim Stafford” song was. He laughed for just minute and responded,

Jim Stafford A Favorite Son Returns to Perform at the Ritz Story by : Jane Waters-Thomas

october 2011 focuswinterhaven.com

“Swamp Witch.” He shared a bit of the story from where the lyrics came and in no time we were both laughing. Just on the other side of the tracks in the little community of Eloise, there is a swamp where Jim found himself playing as a child. “When you go into the swamp during the day it isn’t so scary,” he said, “but when the sun sets and shadows come out, it’s a different place.” A kid’s mind goes wild in those moments for sure.” I had to giggle and share that the very swamp he remembered as a kid was there today and I would simply take his word for the “shadows.” “Snakes hang thick in the cypress trees like sausage from a smokehouse wall. Well the swamp is alive with a thousand eyes, an’ all of them watchin’ you, so stay off the track to Hattie’s shack in the back of the Black Bayou.”

A pretty good description of what a kid would have thought getting caught on the banks of Lake Lulu at twilight, don’t ‘cha think? So what brings Cypress Garden’s Favorite Son back to Winter Haven? “We heard that they were renovating the Ritz, and I’d been thinking it would be great to return to my hometown. This was just perfect. I’ve often said to my wife, Annie, that I wish I could get to Winter Haven during times when things are a little more quiet in Branson. I was home visiting friends and family when my good buddy Jim Pruitt asked me if I wanted to stop in for a tour of The Ritz to see the progress of the renovation. After a tour and stroll down memory lane at the newly renovated Ritz Theater, it was a done deal. Things just fell into place and we were excited to be able to do shows here. I’d forgotten what a beautiful layout the theater has. The shape is graceful and beautiful. It wasn’t long after this tour that I was introduced to Executive Director, Stella Heath, and planning began. “You know, I feature The Ritz on a 40-foot big screen at every Branson performance because it’s part of the backdrop of my hometown.” Jim continued, “It’s perfect that I’m coming home to perform there – we’re excited.” Throughout the conversation Jim constantly used the plural “we” when mentioning the planning, and thus recognizing his beautiful wife and business partner, Ann. In every move and every decision, he spoke of their collective thinking regarding performance and show planning. When I asked about his favorite things in Winter Haven, Jim responded quickly: “The people.” He said, “I really love the old tourist courts, the orange juice, and I am a HUGE Dick Pope fan. I am so glad I got to know him. I was honored when he named me Cypress Gardens’ Favorite Son. I remember one time asking Dick at one of my performances how many people he thought he had working and he calmly responded, “about half.” Jim spent a lot of time performing at The Gardens while learning the tricks of the trade and found that Dick Pope had THE secret to claping louder than every other person in an audience. “One day I asked Dick how he clapped so LOUD and he responded, ‘I spread my fingers open wide.’” After Jim worked at it just a bit he asked, “Why do you do that?” Mr. Pope’s response was:“Look how far the skiers are out there. It’s so they can hear me.” In addition to clapping loudly, Jim commented on Mr. Pope’s loud wardrobe that must have been worn for the same reasons - so that people, skiers or otherwise, could see where he was and know where to find him. This understanding of Dick Pope and his amazing ability to attract attention could only be known by a true friend. Jim also recalled the picture postcard lakes and canals along “The Chain” where he grew up, as well as the beautiful citrus groves and the fun times he had playing music as some of his favorite memories of his hometown. Winter Haven, the home of citrus and the birthplace of Florida theme parks…this was where Jim learned to love live performances. He took his hometown entertainment style to Branson, Missouri, where he owns a theater and entertains visitors throughout the year. He produces and stars in his own shows there. He will be returning to Winter Haven in December 2011, and we can look forward to his unique style of entertainment. It’s one that combines hysterical comedy with masterful performances on the classical guitar, along with heartwarming stories of the human spirit. Critically acclaimed as the “Victor Borge of the Guitar,” Jim creates hilarious antics from everyday life. His son, Sheaffer, has performed alongside his father since he was 10-days-old and plays drums, slide guitar, fiddle, glockenspiel, and piano. His daughter G.G. (Georgia Garland) entertains with her dad on stage as well. G.G. plays piano, glockenspiel, and harp. Jim is certain to make his love of entertainment a family affair that displays the incredible talents of his children. He has also brought his famous songwriting style to many movie soundtracks over the years. He received a gold record for his work in the Disney movie, “The Fox and The Hound,” and in addition writes for many of his peers. He returns to Winter Haven this December for his production, “Jim Stafford – Home for Christmas” at The Ritz Theater. This show is scheduled to run December 15 through December 18, 2011. Winter Haven is thrilled to welcome home Jim Stafford. In fact, I’d bet that today Dick Pope is sitting lakeside, fingers spread wide open and clapping loud, as Jim makes his return to Central Florida where he will be “Puttin’ on the Ritz.” For tickets and more information, visit JimStaffordFlorida.com or call 1-800-677-8533.

The success of Luigi’s led Uzcha and Rivera to consider opening a second location in Central Florida. The chefs saw an opportunity in Lake Wales, and after researching the community, decided it would be a good fit for their restaurant. Barrera says the community response to L’Incotro has been very good, and people seem to love the food. “A lot of the people are really happy to have us here,” Barrera says. “So far everything has been more than we expected.” L’Incontro features an extensive wine list and a selection of bottled beers. “Pasta at L’Incontro Italian Restaurant

L’Incontro T he phrase L’Incontro means “the gathering place” in Italian, and the restaurant’s owners have created an establishment that is surely a rallying point for food lovers in Polk County.

Manager Alex Barrera says much at L’Incontro is homemade--marinara sauce, Italian salad dressings, loaves of Italian bread, and eggplant parmesan. Even the mozzarella is homemade, a process which involves heating curds with boiling water, and then stretching by hand to form the signature Italian cheese. Barrera says L’Incontro uses an old-style menu not used by many restaurants these days. He says the menu draws inspiration from many regions of Italy and is not concentrated on just one style. Dinner appetizers include an array of antipasti; bruschetta with ricotta, parmesan and goat chees, garlic, tomatoes, and olive oil on Tuscan bread; eggplant rollatini; fried calamari; and mozzarella caprese. Soups include pasta fagioli; tortellini soup; and stracciatella, a Roman egg-drop style soup. Pasta offerings include American favorites, such as Spaghetti Con Polpette (spaghetti with meatballs), Fettuccine Alfredo, cheese ravioli in a pink, vodka sauce, and angel hair primavera.
