FOLIO’S INS & OUTS FOR 2024 In: making lists of what’s in and out. Out: Comparing your lifestyle to others’. The buzzing trend on TikTok these days is people’s lists of what’s “In and Out” for the year ahead. It’s more than predicting trends, fashion statements or pop culture (although it can be). It’s also about determining the habits and hobbies you want to practice or leave behind; ways you want to carry yourself and ways you’re outgrowing. The beauty in them is they are curated to the individual, so what may be “in” for one, may be completely ‘out’ for the other. They can be silly, serious, completely random or intentional. This year, we predict, will be the year of autonomy. In: recognizing that your lifestyle and happiness is completely separate from your best friend or complete stranger. That’s what is so lovely about these lists — seeing other people’s priorities but understanding they are tailored to the individual. Making this list helps you pinpoint what does and doesn’t matter to you this year. That being said, here are the Folio team’s Ins and Outs for 2024.
