The project is divided in 2 main areas: the Resort and the Souk. Both of the two areas have easy and direct access to the Public Marina. The Resort features 4 areas: the main building, the pool area, the beach villas and the lake villas. All of the units will have a valuable view on the Arabian Sea or on the lakes. The location of the hotel will create a sort of plaza between the building and the marina promenade The Souk, which is open to the public, will have coffee shops, restaurants and several landmarks like an auditorium and Modern Art Sculptures. The Souk can also be seen as the cultural district of the Emirati Housing Development. The two stories buildings can be mixed use with retail at the ground floor and Academies at the top floor with the Auditorium as main focal point for lectures and performances. The design of the development allow to use the remaining part of the site as extension of the Emirati Housing.
Outdoor Auditorium Marina Restaurant Hotel
The main vehicular access to the development is rapresented by the beach road of the Emirati Housing Development. Another proposed linkage could be a more direct access going to New Khalifa Road. The guests of the Resort can enjoy an unobstructed walkway from the private beach to the marina. In the same way, the public heading to the Souk can easily have pedestrian access to all the facilities of the development.

The views will be a very good premium for the resort which has water on 2 of the 4 sides of the plot. Every room of the main building, which is sitting over a podium, will have sea or marina views. The marina restaurant is place in a key location having visual axis to the souk, to the auditoriumand to the hotel's plaza.
