Landing in Palma (PMI), a Foodie Cycling representative will be waiting for you by your luggage belt Once you have collected your luggage, we will drive you to Hotel Es Princep (10 min), a brand new five-star hotel, member of Leading Hotels of the World. Check in your Deluxe partial sea view, settle in and relax.
ITINERARY DAY 1
We start our journey at Hotel Es Princep in the afternoon, where we will gather with the rest of the group and trip leaders to go over the week's logistical details and highlights. The evening will continue with a cocktail reception at the hotel’s rooftop terrace, followed by dinner overlooking Palma Bay.

DAY 2
Let’s go! After breakfast, we will get you kitted up with your bikes. This route is a great introduction to the island of Mallorca, offering a mix of scenic countryside, charming villages, and relatively easy terrain. We will start riding along the sea in Palma, then pass by the lovely towns of Llucmajor and Santa Eugenia. Lunch will be in the lovely winery of Biniagual. Upon our return we will enjoy dinner at our local pick in Palma

Salty - Palma loop - 80 km - Elevation 500m
Spicy - Lloret extension 91 km - Elevation 750m

DAY 3
We depart Palma and enter the breathtaking Serra de Tramuntana, pedaling along the coast with spectacular views and stunning villages of Estellencs and Banyalbufar towards quaint Valldemossa, where we will stop for lunch. Afterwards we will ride by the picturesque village of Deia on our way to our destination, the lovely Esplendido Hotel in Puerto Soller to enjoy your sea view room!

Spicy - Coastal Road Challenge - 93 km - Elevation 2100m

DAY 4
Let’s give our legs a rest and enjoy a day at sea! We will embark in a beautiful private sailing yacht and admire Mallorca’s coast and crystal clear waters. Lunch today is at Sa Foradada, in an idyllic location on the North Coast of Mallorca For those who still want to ride, there will be a short early ride available. The evening is at your leisure, exploring the many options of restaurants and shopping that lively Port de Soller has to offer.

Salty- Coll de Soller out and back - 35 km - Elevation 877m

DAY 5
Today you will ascend into the dramatic Tramuntana Mountains, where the terrain is captivatingly diverse. From rocky lunar landscapes to magnificent coastal cliffs that plunge into the azure sea, the ride reveals hand-hewn tunnels, mountain lakes, shady forests, and quaint sandstone villages. Extension to famous and iconic Sa Calobra is possible on this day, although it's a challenging one.
Lunch at Mortitx, an emblematic winery that is also the highest one in the island. Our final destination is the lovely town of Pollença, our home for the last two nights.

DAY 6
Today you will challenge yourselves on the epic Cap de Formentor lighthouse ride—one of Mallorca’s legendary roads. The main climb of the day will take you from Port de Pollença to the Colomer Mirador where you can admire the magnificent views of craggy rocks and the shimmering blue sea. Lunch will be at your leisure in the medieval walled town of Alcúdia. In the evening we will toast to a wonderful trip with a farewell dinner.

Spicy - Mirador Victoria Extension - 80 km - Elevation 1400m

DAY 7
For our final ride we will discover the tranquil roads around the villages of Campanet and the classic climb of Sa Batalla with coffee break in the enchanting village of Caimari. Back at the hotel, you’ll have time to freshen up, pack and check out. A light lunch will be offered at the hotel. After lunch, a private shuttle will take you to the airport or your next accommodation in Mallorca.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ARRIVING AND DEPARTING
A private transfer will meet you at the airport and take you to the first hotel. Upon departure, transfers will be organized to meet your departure flight times or your next accommodation should you decide to extend your stay.
FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS
The Gateway Airport for this trip is Palma de Mallorca (PMI). Arrival should be the latest on the day the trip starts in the morning. If you are traveling from the Americas or Australia, you’ll likely fly through a larger European city en route to Palma Spanish cities, including Barcelona and Madrid are well connected to Mallorca with plenty of daily flights. Departure flight should be scheduled on departure day from 5pm onwards.
PALMA
As an active travel company, we focus on showcasing hidden gems in Mallorca's countryside and outdoors. Our trip starts with two nights in Palma. However, we don't offer a guided city tour or a visit to the cathedral and museums. If you wish to explore Palma’s city highlights, we recommend you to plan extra time for it before or after your Foodie Cycling trip. We can provide pre/post trip assistance with it if you need it.
BOOK WITH CERTAINTY
All foodie Cycling Scheduled Trips are guaranteed to run with 4 guests. If your party is the first one to book, we will communicate when your trip is guaranteed. If 100 days before departure, the group has not reached 4 guests, we will contact you and offer several options. Do not book your flights until your reservation is confirmed.
TRIP PRICES
All prices are per person based on double room and quoted in Euro €. These prices are valid at time of publishing, however subject to change anytime Single traveler supplement applies, please contact us for details. Trip price includes all accommodation, trip leader services, bike rental, support vehicle, airport & luggage transfers, gratuities for our vendors and meals as specified on the itinerary and a selection of local wine and beers with each meal See details on the itinerary page.
CLIMATE
Mallorca has a Mediterranean climate with hot summers, mild spring and fall, and occasional rain. Coastal sea breezes maintain comfortable temperatures, but waterproof gear is recommended for rare showers. On most days, a short-sleeved jersey or T-shirt is suitable for biking, though a lightweight jacket or vest may be needed in the mornings. The Mediterranean Sea around Mallorca is generally calm and warm.

We'll ask about your preferred bike type, room specifications, bed configurations, and any dietary restrictions or allergies you may have. Your responses enable us to tailor your experience, ensuring every aspect of your tour aligns perfectly with your needs and expectations
TRIP IMPROVEMENT
We are always on the look for opportunities to make our itinerary even better. Should important changes happen, such as a hotel change, you’ll be notified prior to your departure. Minor changes such as a lunch location change will be communicated on the trip by your local leader.

OUR BIKES
We provide high-quality road and electric-assisted bicycles. If you have a preference for a different bike style, we can accommodate your request based on availability. If you plan to bring your own bike, please ensure it's well-maintained and in good mechanical shape before your trip. You'll be responsible for assembling and disassembling it as needed during the tour.

Whether you opt for a road bike or an ebike, you have the freedom to choose your daily ride's speed and distance Our carefully designed routes cater to varying riding abilities, enabling you to explore the region's highlights at your own pace. You decide whether to cover every mile or take it easy, dedicating more time to savoring charming towns and hotels at your leisure.
UNPARALLELED SUPPORT
We are committed to accommodate different levels and abilities with great van support. All our scheduled trips are supported with at least one dedicated van, adding extra support vehicles for your comfort and safety whenever the group size requires so. We are committed to making sure you can take a break from the saddle whenever you wish, and we guarantee constant access to a support vehicle for mechanical assistance, a shuttle up the hill, water, snacks or the good company of our local leaders.
SAFETY ON THE ROAD
Safety is the number one priority on our cycling trips. We provide helmets, maintain wellequipped bikes, and our trip leaders are qualified in first aid, ready to assist as needed, ensuring worry-free cycling adventures.
NAVIGATION
We will not ask you to ride at anybody else's pace but yours, which in a group context means that naturally, most of the time the group won't be riding together. Therefore, you need to feel comfortable navigating on your own during the ride. We will supply a GPS device to help with that or you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer so.

Vegetarian options are always available, and all dietary restrictions, intolerances or allergies can be accommodated.
