Cooking Classes in Rincon Puerto Rico Puerto Rico has a distinct food culture that you’ll be hard pressed to match anywhere else in the world. Learn how to create some traditional Puerto Rican dishes with a tasty twist and gain a better understanding of local culture with Puerto Rican Cooking Classes while you’re in Rincon.Learn how to cook like a local with a Puerto Rican cooking class hosted by one of our talented local chefs. The class will focus on Puerto Rican basics, including some of the following: working with plantains and viandas, mofongo, Puerto Rican fritters, ‘asado’ techniques, how to prepare churrasco, traditional sauces (sofritos) and fish preparation and more. The class will be both demonstration and hands-on, to give students a chance to experiment. The chef can host your group for private cooking classes at home in your villa and will design the lesson and meal around your personal tastes. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Hot Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, free of shells 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 1/4 cup green onions, minced, optional 5 to 6 roasted garlic cloves or 2 cloves minced 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice

Directions Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine all of the ingredients in a casserole and gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or toast points.
