Ghost Kitchen Growth from Famous Dave’s Parent Company
Famous Dave's parent BBQ Holdings has been on an acquisition spree since the start of the pandemic, building a portfolio of brands including Granite City, Real Urban Barbecue, Bakers Square, Village Inn and Tahoe Joe's.
