Accurate Scale Company Finds New Lift Deck Scale Efficient and Safe

When it comes to the food industry, servicing and cleaning floor scales the right way is extremely important. The scale must be able to withstand frequent washdowns to meet the industry’s strict hygienic standards.

That’s why it’s important to look for good design to get efficient and thorough washdowns. The Lift Deck Scale by B-TEK Scales leverages a new design to eliminate the tedious part of a washdown. This scale can be cleaned without lifting the scale out of the pit and going underneath it.

Accurate Scale Company, a provider of scale repair services, works on many Lift Deck Scales. The company finds the scale improving efficiency and safety for technicians.

“It’s ideal for the food industry because of the ability to wash down into the pit,” Dean Ciluffo, owner and president of Accurate Scale Company, said. “The food industry needs safe and efficient floor scales to keep operations running smoothly.”

Since all food-grade scales aren’t the same, it’s important to look for those that are utilizing new design while keeping safety and efficiency top of mind. For information on the Lift Deck and oth er scale solutions, visit www.b-tek.com.
