WILSONS BBQ Fairfield, Connecticut Famous BBQ Restaurant Seeks Two Additional Locations
THE PLAN: Drawing on experience as both a competitor in and a judge of national barbecue contests, local entrepreneur and barbecue pit Master Ed Wilson is expanding to two additional locations. Ed has just signed a lease for two locations on Interstate 95 near Darien, Connecticut which will give both northbound and southbound travelers easy access to authentic, Southern-style, take-out BBQ. So As Ed says, "He’s bringing the South...North!" But to expand, Ed needs to show his lenders that there is deep, local support for his business. Help Ed raise 10% of the $280,000 build out and equipment costs and receive great, early backer perks and rewards in return. Funds will go towards electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and, most importantly, towards bringing award-winning BBQ to the 150,000 people who travel this stretch of I-95 every day. In addition to great food, Ed will be bringing much-needed jobs to the area. Each restaurant will hire approximately 20 new employees each with preference given to returning veterans when qualified applicants are available.
