WHEN Fikayo Tomori saw his dreams of becoming a long term regular at boyhood club Chelsea, he took a decision to back himself and his talents by moving to Italy.
Eyebrows were raised in some quarters when the talented defender opted to join AC Milan on loan last season, frustrated at the door closing on his ambitions at Stamford Bridge. But since then the 23-year-old has regained his form, and notably his confidence, and not only persuaded the Italian giants to sign him on a permanent basis but also force his way back into the England squad.
