FRIDAY 26 OCTOBER - SUNDAY 28 OCTOBER TOURNAMENT PROGRAM

PARTICIPATING CLUBS

WELCOME Welcome to our new friends, our old friends and the ones we look forward to meeting. Each year our team aims to deliver an event that will have participants wanting more and waiting in anticipation for next year. This year’s tournament is no exception and is set to deliver more, more and even more!!! AFS strives to provide an experience for more young players to participate in a tournament that can be compared with those around the world. AFS’ objective is to offer young players games that are enjoyable, meaningful and competitive; whilst maintaining respect and sportsmanship for opponents, referees, coaches and supporters. We are amazed and are in awe at how much the level of football excels every year. The round games certainly deliver some excellent football and the final games are definitely nail biters. Through our 11 year history, we have seen some healthy rivalries develop between teams and we look forward to watching some more memorable matches. AFS wants to be able to provide ‘more’. This football carnival has expanded and includes lots of new activities that has something for everyone. You will see new features around the place including more games being streamed online and corporate events for our sponsors. In addition, we have a new venue – Congupna Reserve to accommodate for the growing interest in the tournament. Keep a look out for the action on the BIG screen and watch out for the ‘splash’ on the inflatables at the FUNZONE. We are fortunate to have forged strong relationships with the Shepparton community, where players have the opportunity to play on quality surfaces and enjoy high standard facilities. It is also a great opportunity to support the regional area, their local businesses and clubs. We thank our Shepparton family and look forward to working together this weekend and in the years ahead. The AFS 2018 Shepparton Tournament continues to be ‘more’ thanks to our returning supporters and teams. We are grateful for your ongoing support. To our new friends, welcome to our family and thank you for making OUR tournament ‘more’. We hope you all enjoy the carnival, create wonderful memories and have a ‘ball’. Best of luck! 1300 436 682 |
