WHAT IS IT?

Kryptonite’s Key Safe™ and Combo Safe™ Programs offer our key and/or combination lock customers peace of mind in the event they lose their keys or forget their combination.

You MUST register your combination or key number with us in order to partake in this program. FOR KEYS

If you misplace them and registered with us, submit a request on our website, and we will send you your first pair (2) of standard replacement keys for FREE. No shipping charges, no handling charges, and no hidden fees.

FOR COMBINATIONS

If you forget them and registered with us, submit a request on our website, and we will be able to provide you your code. If you change your combination, be sure to update your registration with us!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO TO REGISTER? IT’S SIMPLE!

• After you purchase your Kryptonite lock, go to kryptonitelock.com and click the register your key/combination icon to begin filling out the short form.

• Your key number is either printed on the key fob or on the metal tag that is included on the key ring.

• Once the form is filled out, click submit. You are now registered!

Please note: Not all Kryptonite locks are eligible for the Key Safe™ and Combo Safe™ program. Check for the Key Safe™ or Combo Safe™ icon on the back of the packaging or visit our website to see which locks are eligible.
