Renova 4000 Asphalt Recycler

A self-contained, easy to operate, mobile machine that produces hot mix asphalt on site from reclaimed asphalt pavement extracted directly from the repair area or from stockpiled millings, RAP or excess asphalt. It is appropriate for patching potholes and utility cuts and for making other small asphalt repairs year round regardless of the outside temperature. The unit produces up to 2 tons of recycled hot mix asphalt per cycle in 12 to 15 minutes or at 8 tph, producing a premium-grade hot asphalt paving mix.

Wirtgen’s WR Series Wheeled Cold Recyclers

Wirtgen offers three wheeled recyclers: the WR 200i, WR 200 XLi, WR 240i and WR 250 models. Equipped with a powerful milling and mixing rotor as well as cutting-edge injection systems, they mill and granulate asphalt pavements, inject binding agents and water in precisely metered quantities and mix it all in a single in-place operation.

The cold recyclers of the WR series are used in recycling and soil stabilization projects. The new Resource Efficiency System increases the degree of automation in the overall process, which, in turn, further increases efficiency.

Wirtgen AutoTrac

The satellite-based AutoTrac steering system for Wirtgen WR-series recyclers enables precise and efficient completion of each successive project task. It steers the machine with a precision measured in centimeters on the basis of a previously determined reference strip and a specified overlap of adjacent strips and enables consistent utilization of the machine’s ideal working width.

Wirtgen KMA 220i Mobile Cold Recycling Mixing Plant

The mobile concept of the KMA 220i offers easy setup and efficient mix production close to the construction site, enabling all of the reclaimed asphalt to be reused and processed. The plant can mix 246 tph of cold mix asphalt without visible emissions and without requiring any EPA operating permits. The source materials do not need to be dried or heated, saving energy and costs. Virgin and/or reclaimed materials can be processed using emulsions, foamed asphalt, lime, cement, polymer additives, fly ash and other materials. A robust twin-shaft pugmill mixer exhibits high performance.
