Gauge Locate Pro Equipment Tracker

The Gauge Locate Pro is a compact asset tracker for construction equipment and fleets. This GPS device features a lithium-ion battery, which lasts up to four years. For thorough tracking, Locate Pro is equipped with dual location technology. Leveraging GPS and cell signal, operators can track connected equipment in areas GPS can’t reach. Gauge enables self-activation with the tracking device. The Locate Pro measures 3.5 x 2 x 0.5 in. and weighs less than 20 oz.

Trackunit Emissions Reporting Software

Government- or state-mandated projects now typically require a raft of emissions-reporting stipulations that put an onus on contractors to demonstrate they are not just tracking, but also reducing their emissions. Trackunit’s Emissions Reporting software supports fleet owners’ ability to meet CO2 targets and acquire contracts with sustainability criteria. AssetView Stealth Tracking System

AssetView Stealth is a solution for wireless monitoring and remote tracking of powered or unpowered assets to support logistics, manage inventory and curb theft. The small, portable GPS unit is self-contained and may be hidden on any asset, installing in seconds. AssetView Stealth allows managers to remotely monitor an asset from an internet-based software package and mobile app. The unit is an unwired attachment to an asset in a “hide and track” installation. Powered by two, AA lithium batteries, customer replaceable.

Record360 AI Blur Detection Feature

Record360’s AI Blur Detection feature helps users avoid blurry photos in real-time, supporting the outcome of inspections. Utilizing the Blur Detection tool, the solution generates sharp photos. The feature indicates when a user is about to take a blurry photo, providing them with real-time feedback. Additionally, inspectors are able to review blurry photos from their media gallery, either replacing or deleting them. The Blur Detection feature also gives managers control of the inspection process.

Point of Rental’s Work Orders for POR One allows rental businesses using work orders to manage maintenance processes remotely. Mobile users can use Work Orders to create internal repair, maintenance and service orders. Work Orders can assist many different rental employees:

Noregon Expands JPRO to Off-highway Equipment

Noregon has announced its expansion into the offhighway equipment market, bringing its diagnostic expertise to a wide range of equipment. Noregon specializes in diagnostic and repair tools in the on-highway vehicle industry, including JPRO Professional and NextStep Repair. The company works with many OEs including organizations like Allison Transmission and Volvo to develop diagnostic solutions. Noregon’s approach to this market segment began with adding coverage for construction and ground support equipment into JPRO, with agriculture coming later in the year and material handling to follow.

Fame Rental Warehouse Management

Fame Rental has announced the expansion of its platform: a web-based integration designed to help rental businesses manage warehouse functions such as parts, retail inventory, rental inventory and logistics. The integrated warehouse management capability processes purchase requisitions or purchase orders when a demand is identified. Additionally, it helps all FameAir users recognize barcode labels, print labels for products and enable real-time inventory adjustments, which links purchases directly to sales or work orders.

• One-click drop shipping for delivery of parts orders directly to customers

• Technicians receive non-stocked parts so that equipment can be returned to service

• Integration with a user’s daily workflow, which eliminates the need to switch to a separate application for purchasing

Quipli Equipment Rental Software Version 3.0

Quipli offers Equipment Rental Software Version 3.0 for rental companies. The latest version of the software introduces AI features and a Customer Portal. The rental software allows customers to manage orders, inventory and more. The platform is equipped with several features, including an e-commerce storefront, inventory management, payment and billing systems, invoicing, service and repair management, marketing services and reporting and analytics tools.

• Customer Portal allows customers to log in, manage transactions, pay bills and extend rentals

• Product Description Writing (AI feature) automatically generates detailed product descriptions

Alert Rental AlertSign for Electronic Signatures & Payments

AlertSign by Alert Rental provides a way to capture electronic signatures and collect payments directly. These features were released in Version 24 of the software. The solution allows individuals to capture signatures on bids from clients, as well as move to paperless operations. For security, the signatures come with a date stamp and IP address. This supports authentication of the electronic signatures.

InTempo Software

InTempo CTX Dispatching System

InTempo CTX by InTempo Software is an AI-driven dispatching system built for the rental industry. The Connected Transport system brings together route optimization, load optimization, rental optimization and geolocation-driven scheduling—all integrated with rental, jobsite and telematics data from the user’s ERP. This all comes together to reduce the manual work associated with the rental dispatching process, including nightbefore planning and last-minute pickup and delivery requests.

Takeuchi TW60 Compact Wheel Loader

Compact and nimble, the TW60 Series 2 features a universal hydraulic skid steer coupler that enables it to utilize a wide range of skid steer attachments and easily controlled from the operator’s station. The quiet and turbocharged engine is equipped with a DOC/DPF exhaust aftertreatment system and produces 61 hp for excellent power and performance around the jobsite. 100% locking differentials can be engaged at low speeds allowing the operator to work in varied terrain and extreme conditions. The engine hood opens overhead allowing daily maintenance and inspections are simple to perform and providing access to key inspection points and grease points.

Diamond Mowers Brush Cutter Pro X

The heavy-duty, hydraulically driven 40-in. Excavator Brush Cutter Pro X slices trees and brush up to 4 in. in diameter and is equipped with a spring-loaded retractable shield to deflect debris. Its simple design keeps operation and maintenance costs low, and it’s most productive on tall grass, small trees, fence lines and large-scale brush clearing applications thanks to the Tri-Hex mulching disc that provides powerful inertia in tough conditions and prevents material build-up between the deck and blade carrier. The Excavator Brush Cutter Pro X also comes available in 50 in., 60 in. and 72 in. cutting widths to handle materials up to 10 in. in diameter.

Bobcat E40 Compact Excavator

Bobcat has expanded its lineup of compact excavators to include the E40. As part of the lineup expansion, Bobcat has also revised the model numbers for its 3-5-ton excavator lineup to align with the industry’s size class. It is a minimal tail swing excavator, with less than 2 in. of overhang and a standard long arm. The E40 delivers an over-the-blade lift capacity and over-the-side lift capacity for demanding jobs on construction sites. With the introduction of the E40, Bobcat has revised select model numbers in its 3-5ton excavator class to better reflect the machines’ size and performance within the industry.

Ditch Witch SK1750 Skid-Steer

The Ditch Witch SK1750 skid steer is built with the power and reliability to complete various tasks on construction sites. This machine is equipped with a track system that provides stable rides and versatility on rugged terrain. Designed to handle a range of landscape, irrigation and tree-care projects, the new track system features a tension check window, which allows operators to visually check track tension without threading a separate gauge tool. The track design provides a smooth ride with maneuverability and stability, while transporting heavy loads across rough terrain. The track design causes minimal disturbance to the ground, meaning operators can spend less time repairing damaged turf on the jobsite. The roller design adds to the lifespan of the machine.

Fecon Fusion Platform

Fecon’s Fusion telematics platform uses dynamic features such as automatic machine calibration, location services and performance tracking, for mulching operations. Fusion automatically calibrates the attachment to the carrier in real-time to optimize performance, minimize downtime and expand the machine’s lifespan. Fusion automates set up through its Plug n’ Play design that eliminates manual setup and tuning. With this feature, customers can attach their mulcher to any compatible carrier and run the machine.

Worksaver Attachments for Skid Steers & Tractors

Worksaver added nine products to its lineup of attachments for skid steers and tractors. The products are compatible with various construction equipment and machines.

• MTB-2500 Mini Skid Tree Boom (pictured): This 54-in. boom is for transporting and placing landscape or nursery materials, placing pipes in trenches, lifting totes and moving bundles of materials

• MTG-42 Grapple: This 42-in. grapple is designed for mini skid steers and walk behinds and features a single upper clamp to retain, brush, limbs and debris

• ESCG-48A Sub-Compact Electric Grapple: This second-generation electric 48-in. wide grapple hooks on and off a tractor with Anderson connectors allowing it to remain on the tractor

• Three New John Deere Adapters now include John Deere 600/700 series quick attach; John Deere 400/500 to John Deere 600/700 series quick attach and John Deere 600/700 to John Deere 500 series quick attach

• Two Manitou Adapters designed to interface with models MLT-625, MLT-634, MLT840 or MLT-960. The adapters can also interface with Gehl models CT-516, CT-618 or CT-723 and New Holland LM-435 (Blue), LM-5040, LM-5050 and LM-5060

Diamond Mowers Drum Mulcher DC Pro

Delivering mulching performance for loaders up to 75 hp, the Drum Mulcher DC Pro is built on Diamond’s Excavator Drum Mulcher platform but is designed for use with skid steers and compact track loaders. Designed to serve as an additional mulching resource for a range of consumers, it is differentiated by its lighter weight of just 1,350 lbs. and its 63 CC, two-speed, bent-axis piston motor. This high-torque hydraulic motor allows the DC Pro to deliver force to power through large material. The DC Pro is engineered with a 50-in. cutting width to slice through trees and brush and mulch material up to 8 in. in diameter. The depth control drum features forward exposure that allows for tree engagement and cut width relative to weight.

KIOTI TL750 & SL750 Skid Steer Loader

KIOTI Tractor’s TL750 Compact Track Loader and SL750 Skid

Steer Loader feature a wide cabin, available with the standard open station design or an optional enclosed cab with HVAC. The compact models include a high-back suspension seat and LCD digital display. The standard roll-up style door allows for entrance and exit, regardless of the position of the bucket or attachment. The overhead door design increases flexibility on the job as operators can work with the door open or closed. Both models utilize a 74-hp KIOTI diesel engine. Field-tested across various applications, the engine delivers consistent power and reliability. Designed to lift, push and power through rigorous demands, the machines have up to a 10.8-ft. height to hinge pin and vertical lift path. Operators can dump materials into trucks and high-sided hoppers.

Fecon PTO Bull Hog Mulchers

Fecon’s line of PTO Bull Hog Mulchers are designed for power take-off (PTO) equipment. The mulchers create a new opportunity customers who already own PTO equipment. The PTO Bull Hog Mulchers can attach to any tractor with a three-point hitch.

• The RK6013P has a 60-in. rotor size from a 13-in. rotor and can be run on any 45-70-hp tractor

• The RK6015P keeps the 60-in. rotor size but with a slightly larger 15-in. rotor and attaches to 50-90-hp tractors.

• The RK7316P has an increased rotor size of 73 in. using a 16-in. rotor and runs on tractors with 80-110 hp

Hilltip SnowStriker VTR Snowplow

Hilltip’s SnowStriker VTR snowplows are designed for compact tractors and loaders weighing 2.5 to 5 tons. These v-plows feature heavy-duty box construction to withstand harsh winter conditions. Available in six models ranging from 5.5-8.6 ft. wide, VTR snowplows have a curved, powder-coated snow blade to create a snow-rolling effect. The blades are made of highstrength steel, helping to make the plows light, yet durable. An adjustable, two-segment cutting edge with trip springs offers plow protection. Cutting edges are available in polyurethane or high-strength steel.

Doosan Bobcat Autonomous Electric Machines

Doosan Bobcat’s battery-powered AT450X combines Bobcat’s articulating tractor with Agtonomy’s software and embeddedcomputing technology to support emissions-free and autonomous operation, thus allowing farmers to automate tasks. Bobcat’s RogueX2 concept loader (pictured) was designed with wheels instead of tracks to optimize battery runtime. The RogueX2 features axial flux motors that give the machine pushing power.

Volvo EC37 & ECR40 Excavators

Volvo CE’s 3.5-ton EC37 and 4-ton ECR40 (pictured) replace the EC35D, ECR35D and ECR40D. This duo shares the same platform and components, though the EC37 excavator has a conventional upper carriage design and the ECR40 excavator has a short swing radius to allow for work in more confined spaces. The EC37 and ECR40 excavators give operators an accessible cab, providing visibility thanks to slim corner pillars and wide, flat glass areas. The armrest and controls float with the seat, and the door opening and travel pedals are larger than in previous models. The intuitive jog wheel and HMI functionalities provide controllability and adaptability for various job requirements. Work modes now include an ECO mode and an auto engine shutdown in addition to the existing auto engine idle.

Kubota KX080-5 Excavator

Kubota’s KX080-5 compact excavator replaces the KX080-4 with performance, utility and various upgrades. Equipped with a 66.6-hp (SAE J1995 gross) Kubota engine, it features a digging depth of 15 ft., 1.1 in., a maximum dumping height of 17 ft., 2.7 in. and a bucket breakout force of 14,660 lbs. The two-pump load-sensing system supports the use of attachments, letting operators perform simultaneous tasks. The auto-shift system enables automatic travel shift from high to low depending on traction effort and terrain, providing simultaneous operations when dozing and turning.

Loftness L & S Series Battle Ax Skid Steer Mulching Heads

Loftness offers the L and S Series Battle Ax mulching heads for both low- and high-flow skid steers and compact track loaders. These models feature a rotor with built-in depth gauges to prevent it from engaging too much material at one time. The Battle Ax also features the Loftness two-stage cutting chamber allowing it to process material thoroughly processing material on two separate shear bars.

• The L Series for low-flow skid steers weighing up to 10,300 lbs. with 15 to 35.9 gpm and 30 to 70 hydraulic hp

• The 13.5-in. diameter rotor can be equipped with Quadco planer blades, fourpoint beaver teeth or double carbide cutting teeth

Manitou 1950 RT Compact Track Loader

Manitou’s 1950 RT 74-hp compact track loader has a rated operating capacity of 1,950 lbs. and high-flow auxiliary hydraulics that make the machine compatible with high-power attachments. The 1950 RT is built with numerous track widths and tread patterns. The radial lift arm design enables ground engaging work. Added auxiliary hydraulic performance provides a platform for running a range of attachments. The machine includes the IdealTrax track auto-tensioning system, a swing-out cooler that keeps the engine compartment clean and engine temperatures down, and the Manitou EasyMANAGER fleet management platform (telematics).

Toro Dingo TX 1000 TURBO Compact Utility Track Loader

The Dingo TX 1000 TURBO has a large hydraulic filter for long maintenance intervals. The narrow-track model is 2,826 lbs. and features a standard track with B-style tread. The wide-track version is 2,911 lbs. and features a less aggressive tread pattern. The Dingo TX 1000 TURBO has a rated operating capacity of 1,000 lbs. When the loader arms are at full reach, the hinge pin measures 81 in. from the ground to allow the machine to reach over the side of dumpsters and one-ton trucks. The 24.7-hp Yanmar diesel engine is engineered with a focus on vibration reduction, delivering up to 4.1 mph ground speed in both forward and reverse.

Mattracks RT125 TC Track Conversion System for Skid Steers

Mattracks’s RT125 TC track model has been approved for wheeled skid steers with wheelbases of 48 in. or greater. The RT125 TC is used by customers on articulated loaders, riding trenchers and the Bobcat Toolcat. Supporting up to 12,500 lbs., the Mattracks four-track conversion system increases traction by 10-fold while maintaining maneuverability and zero-turn ability. The 15-in. wide RT125 TC features a rubber torsion suspension system which allows them to conform to the ground and contour with the terrain.

Dynapac CC2200 VI with SEISMIC Technology

SEISMIC Asphalt technology automatically detects the natural resonance frequency of the asphalt, works together with it, and applies the correct amount of energy exactly when required. While conventional vibratory compactors deliver a rapid succession of impacts to the soil surface at a frequency that is either pre-set at a high or low amplitude or at a frequency that is adjusted manually, Dynapac SEISMIC Asphalt does it differently. The CC2200 VI weighs 7.6 tons and features a 59-in. drum, which is ideal for finish rolling on a variety of job sites. It includes a Tier 4 Final diesel engine with a high torque setting, efficient patented eccentric weights, and an ECO Mode for fuel efficiency.

Mecalac MR50 & MR60 Tiltrotators

Mecalac’s has introduced its MR50 and MR60 Tiltrotators to the North American market. The MR50 Tiltrotator is available as an option for the 9MWR and 11MWR wheeled excavators and the 10MCR crawler-skid excavator. The MR60 Tiltrotator is available for the 15MWR wheeled excavator and 15MC crawler excavator. Both tiltrotators come equipped with the twin CONNECT coupling system. The Mecalac MR50 and MR60 Tiltrotators allow for 360-degree rotation in both directions as well as a 40-degree tilt left and right for various attachments, including hydromechanical tools such as grapples.

ROCKEAT Electric Skid Steer Loader

ROCKEAT is First Green’s newest line of electric, cabinless skid steer loaders, designed with a low clearance, 360-degree camera and remote operability. ROCKEAT produces zero carbon emissions, uses minimum operating fluids and offers near-silent operation. Remote control technology allows for more accurate and refined movements, increasing precision, especially in tasks like excavation or material handling. Remote control operation is compatible with First Green electric attachments and standard hydraulic. ROCKEAT machines are charged using a standard 110V or 220V outlet. The 700 and 1200 models are 67 in. and 71 in. wide, respectively. The machines offer a maximum power of 3x36.2 hp, maximum torque of 3x89 ft.-lbs., and load capacity of 1,500 to 3,300 lbs.

Yanmar V8e Electric Wheel Loader

With 4,500-kg operating weight, the wheel loader is equipped with four working modes (Bucket, Fork, Eco and Power). This machine features bucket volume between 0.8 and 1.2 cu. m. with a payload on forks of 1,890 kg. It is coupled with a high-capacity battery (available in standard 39.9 kWh with an option to upgrade to 53.2 kWh), providing up to 4.2 hours of continuous operation in bucket mode. MiniTrencher has announced several new products and attachments, including a horizontal auger, a new electric battery-powered division, new GeoRipper T/A trenching attachments for the Milwaukee and Echo powerheads and a redesign of its flagship product, The GeoRipper. The SiBore Drill is a portable horizontal auger that digs underneath concrete, asphalt or any other hard material without breaking the surface. The SiBore Drill uses a waterless-boring method leaving no mud to deal with. Utilizing a Greenworks or Makita XGT electric battery motor, the GeoRipper e/B is a complete trenching unit that includes a battery-powered motor, battery and charger, as well as MiniTrencher digging chains, bars and accessories.

EDCO TMS-7 Tile Saw

Mi-T-M released four 4,000-psi HSP Series hot water pressure washers. The direct drive pressure washers feature an Electro Magnetic Firing system that eliminates the need for a 12V battery to operate the burner. The HSP Series pressure washers can be used to remove grease and oils from equipment, facilities and workshop floors. For transport around the jobsite, the machines are secured to a heavy-duty frame with wheels. Makita 40V MAX XGT Pressure Washer

Makita’s 40V max XGT 1,300 psi

1.5 gpm Pressure Washer (GWH01) is powered by the same 40V max batteries that are compatible with over 125 XGT equipment and tools. The Pressure Washer features three power levels for power and runtime management, with 1,300 psi and 1.5 gpm on the high setting.

There is a self-priming feature and siphoning hose that allows for remote cleaning from most fresh water sources or water tanks. The Pressure Washer features an auto-switching two-bay battery system that allows for long run time. When one battery is depleted, the system automatically switches to the second battery to get more work done. With two 40V max XGT 5.0Ah batteries on board, the pressure washer will deliver up to one hour of run time.

The CPD45F8/50F8 and EFLA251 help warehouse and DC managers provide lithium-ion solutions that will upgrade fleets of diesel and LPG warehouse vehicles. The CPD45F8/50F8 is an IPX4 Rated, pneumatic forklift designed for outdoor use and applications up to 10,000 lbs. The CPD45F8/50F8 utilizes an integrated EP Energy 80V lithium-ion battery, requiring zero maintenance. By removing the internal combustion engine, the units eliminate vibration, heat, noise and exhaust during use. EFLA251 is a Class I forklift engineered to provide a direct alternative for Class IV LP equivalent machines. Magni RTH 8.35 & 8.46 Rotating Telehandlers

CMC 65L Tracked Aerial Lift

CMC has released the 65L Tracked Aerial Lift, capable of supporting a maximum weight of 507 lbs. and offers a maximum working height of over 65 ft. and maximum lateral reach of 34 ft. Workers can leverage +/-90 degree basket rotation (twoman basket) paired with +/-180 degree turret rotation to access hardto-reach areas. JLG has introduced new features and options for its line of ES electric slab scissor lifts, ERT electric rough terrain scissor lifts, E18 drivable vertical lifts and E18 drivable stock picker. Updates to the JLG product lines include standard AC drive motors, lithium-ion battery options and a range-extending genset charging option.

Genie Next Generation TraX System

Genie’s next generation TraX system has been redesigned to simplify maintenance while delivering performance on the jobsite. TraX is available as a factory-installed option on four boom liftstwo with standard lifting capacity (Z-62/40 and S-80 J) and two with Xtra Capacity lifting capacity (S-45 XC and S-65 XC).
