In her role, Morgan leads a team of Talent Acquisition professionals who are committed to strengthening Wells Fargo's talent pipeline by attracting and recruiting high-potential, early careerindividualstoalignwithcurrentandfuturestrategicbusinessneeds.

PriortojoiningWellsFargoinMarch2023,Morganwastheheadofearlycareer talent at Walmart. In her three years at Walmart, she led the redesign of their campus recruiting and program management function with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining a strong pipeline of future leaders. Under Morgan's leadership, her team recruited more than 2,000 university hires annually and executed innovative recruitment strategies to align with increasingentry-leveltalentneeds,particularlyduringtheCOVID-19pandemic. Before Walmart, Morgan spent 5 years leading early career talent initiatives & campus recruiting at BNY Mellon and 6 years in a variety of Human Resources rolesatJPMorganChase.

Morgan is a proud graduate of Fordham College at Rose Hill (Class of 2013) where she obtained a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Communication & Media Studies summa cum laude. She is a passionate alumna who recently joinedtheFordhamUniversityPresident'sCouncilinadditiontoservingasVice Chair of the Fordham University Alumni Association (FUAA) Advisory Board. Furthermore, Morgan is a steadfast champion of diversity, equity & inclusion, and was previously named to EMPower/Yahoo Finance's list of Top 50 Ethnic Minority Leaders In her free time, Morgan is an avid traveler who has visited morethan65countriesandlovestoexplorenewplaceswithfamilyandfriends.
