Utilizing in-person and virtual Interview Days is a great option for employers planning on interviewing Fordham students for a full-time position or internship program In order to request an OCR date, log in to Handshake and choose “Create New on-campus Interview Schedule” from the Shortcuts menu on the right

Please contact Michael Persaud (mpersaud11@fordham.edu) for more information and questions about the Campus Recruiting Program.

Interviews are designed to give employers the opportunity to interview a large number of Fordham candidates conveniently and either in-person or virtually all in one day We handle the logistics so that you can focus on the students

Interviews, both in-person and virtual, begin at 9:00AM with last interviews ending at 5:00PM. We are happy to accommodate earlier start times and late interviews upon request by our Signature Partners. Partners should send their requests for early start/late finish at least 2 weeks before the scheduled interview day You can request your OCR dates by logging in to Handshake and choosing “Interviews” from the “shortcuts” menu on the right

In order to give students sufficient time to complete their searches, we ask employers to abide by the following offer schedule for the 2022-2023 academic year. Employers must honor all offers extended. No conditions should be placed on these offers. Exploding offers and special incentives such as diminishing bonuses and location preference should not be offered in exchange for early offer acceptance. Implementing such incentives makes it difficult for us to enforce our policies against students reneging on job offers. Below are our policies on offer deadlines.
