At the Ford School and U-M, our dedication to the public good is inseparable from our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are a community that values the diversity of its members, believing that diversity enriches the educational environment and the experience for all of us. Our goal? An inclusive campus in which every individual has the opportunity to be heard, to contribute, and to excel. As the university concludes and assesses its first 5-year strategic plan—an umbrella over 50 plans and more than 2,500 action unit-led items—the Ford School is already working with tremendous enthusiasm on mapping out goals and actions for the next two years.
