To Future Forward, My name is Mike Forester, I’m a designer living in Burlington, VT. I recently parted ways with JDK as a snowboard designer, and previously had worked as the print and web designer at Rome Snowboards in Waterbury. I’ve run my own freelance business over the years, and am currently the head designer of Premier Snowskates in Portland, Oregon. I started freelancing with Higher Ground earlier this year and have become one of their main poster designers. However, while the freelance work is fun, I look to work with an agency again to be able to work in a creative environment with other talented designers to tackle bigger projects and help etablished and emerging brands!
