2. feeding conveyor Group The function is feeding the sealing station, whereas the trays are sealed through transfer bars fixed to 2 chains mechanically pushed in progress by the engine -

Loading space available 2 mt. (4 free advancing passages ) The machine can work until 2 trays for each cycle in the standard version ( photo 2A ) And until 4 trays each cycle in version optional photo.2°ďƒ Conveyor belt movement is completely adjustable from the Control panel : speed, accelleration, deceleration, operation And break times.

To a greater risk prevention, A photocell has been installed, which stops the machine if any object is detected in its reach, in full compliance with the provisions European safety.

System powered by rollers for towing and carrying out of the film. The tension of the film and adjusting of the clutch are mechanical: the rigidity of the clutch varies depending on the diameter of the reel for the production.

The station is composed of an upper mold and a lower die photo.4A

The lower matrix contains the ground-support, where is deposited the tray, while the upper mold contains the plaque of welding and the cutting blade. -

The two parts are customized in function of the shape of the container to be welded. Once the trays are in position, the support is lifted by means of a mechanical- or air system, depending on the version of your machine, and they place so the operations of welding and cutting.

The film is cut around the outside of the container and heat-sealed on the container.

The sealing plates are regulated directly by the electronic control panel .

All operating parameters are defined from the control panel of the machine

The sealing station has a protective stainless steel door on the front: the machine stops and does not start immediately when the door is open

Furthermore an electronic sensor verifies the correct positioning of bars, and if the position is not correct, an alarm message appears on the control screen.

The design and the construction of the welding station enables a quick and easy replacement of the mold and is directly connected via a connector as shown in the picture, in order to make the operation of tool change even more rapid and practical.

6.Control panel The machine is controlled by a touch screen and all operating parameters are controlled and configured simply through this unit. All data can be stored in a menu and retrieved later when it is necessary to switch quickly from one type of production to another. The operator can record up to 10 different recipes. The machine is also equipped with a self-diagnosis to detect errors and solve problems as quickly as possible. The electrical panel is positioned vertically and easily accessible opening. This feature makes possible the rapid access to the rear of the welding station in case of maintenance.

7.Electric frame and accessibility The sealed electrical panel of this machine opens easily allowing quick access to electrical components, terminals ...but also allows access to the rear of the electro-valve that manages function vacuum / gas, this is a feature that will be appreciated by those who work of maintenance and cleaning.
