The District reserves the right to cancel or modify any class and/or program.

Classes may be canceled three (3) business days prior to the start date if minimum enrollment is not met. Register early to avoid cancellation. Senior Discount (ages 55+):Discount available on select programs. Each class/program/event may have special requirements, restrictions, and/or policies. View the details online or call 916-966-1036.

Refund Policy

The District reserves the right to adjust the refund policy. The policy does not apply to events, vendors, and select programs. Email registration@forpd.org for clarification.

- All refunds are required to submit a refund/transfer request form.

- A full refund will be issued if the District cancels the program or for medical reasons.

- No refunds will be issued after the class or program has had its second meeting.

- Any online convenience fee is non-refundable.

Little Chicks Playdate

Calling all toddlers and preschoolers! Join us for fun with your little one. Themed crafts, activities, play, and exploration will be provided. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 months allowed with additional registered child.

KID’s DIY

Let’s get creative! Join FORPD staff for a kid’s handson DIY series. Create themed sweets, treats and/or crafts.

Summer Solstice: Kids will embrace the summer by making wind chimes and sun catchers. Each kid will bring home their creations.

Build a Campfire: Want S’more of summer? Kids will create camping vibes by building their own craft camp fire and making s’more like treats.

AVERT (Active Violence Emergency Response Training)

Teaches early warning signs of a potential active violence event, Escape, Evade & Attack techniques, situational awareness, emergency bleeding control techniques and responding quickly and confidently in an emergency. No prerequisite training. Online portion must be completed prior to in-person training.

Wilderness First Aid

Teaches how to handle medical emergencies in remote locations such as: care of bleeding, wounds & burn head, bone, joint & muscle injuries; circulatory, respiratory, neurological, abdominal & diabetic emergencies; allergic reactions; and poisons, toxins, bites & stings.

*Pre-requisite: A current Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED First Aid certification emailed to info@rescuetraininginstitute.com prior to training.

Kidsz Love Soccer

Mommy/Daddy & Me: (2-3.5yrs) Engage with your toddler in soccer fun, fostering their motor skills. Enjoy active parent participation and bonding moments on the field.

Tot/Pre Soccer: (3.5-5 yrs) Little ones learn soccer basics, building self-esteem in a nurturing environment. Following instructions leads to fun and achievement.

Soccer 1: (5-6yrs) Kids learn dribbling, passing, and scoring goals. Every session involves skill games and individual ball practice.

H.I.T.S. Tennis

Tennis program that incorporates the fundamentals while placing an emphasis on life skill enrichment.

Kinder Kickers

Through the use of hidden learning participants will have a blast thinking they are pirates or princesses, aliens or monsters, all while learning the fundamental skills of soccer, improving self-confidence, understanding group interactions and team work. As this is an introduction to the sport, there is no special skills, knowledge or equipment needed.

Our Juniors soccer program is a mix of technical work and game-focused sessions. Our curriculum uses fun games and activities to introduce and refine core soccer skills. These programs are high-energy and encourage your child to challenge themselves to improve their foundational skills. While still considered an introductory session to soccer, no special skills or knowledge is needed.

Cadets I

Our soccer curriculum incorporates fun challenges and multi-skill combinations to continually challenge players as they work through a series of exercises that introduce basic to advanced 1v1 foot skills and small group tactics. Players work in an environment where they are encouraged to be creative and to gain confidence in using a variety of skills. This program is intended for all players, from new to soccer to competitive level-players.

GET UP N’ GO MOTOR COACH TRIPS

Kayaking

Learn To Kayak (all ages) - The easiest way for anyone to try kayaking. The stable kayaks and experienced instructors will show you how simple, safe and fun kayaking really is.

Full Moon Paddles - We teach basic skills before cutting paths into the hidden swamps and channels of the lake beneath the setting sun and rising moon.

Learn to Kayak for Boomers (50+) - Kayaking is great for fitness and it’s easy on the joints and body. Stable, user friendly kayaks make it easy for anyone to participate.

NFL Flag Football League

Teaches boys and girls the fundamentals of football, good sportsmanship and teamwork through practices and league games. Teams practice during the week with games on the weekend.
